Verifying the scopes of work specified in the executive documentation, in acts of completed work in the form of КС-2, and in Journals of completed work in the form of KC-6a, for compliance with the scopes of actually completed work. 8. Keeping cumulative records of completed work in accordance with the total scope of work, including paid and additional work. Ensuring control and accounting of additional work arising during construction, conducting an analysis of the reasons for identifying additional work, and ensuring the coordination and payment of additional work. 9. Initiating changes to working documentation as necessary. 10. Ensuring the interaction of departments with design supervision. 11. Organizing the handover of completed construction projects for operation. 12. Initiating the suspension of construction, installation, and commissioning works in case of violations of deadlines and/or quality of their execution.
