HEAD OF PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
PROJECT: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Emergency Response Centres and Shift Camps (“Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Gas Pipeline” LLP)
Coordination and control of Production and Technical Department at work on EPC project at the construction of gas infrastructure (Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Gas Pipeline). The total number of Department employees are 8 people.
Development in association with a working group of planning engineers of operational management system of EPC project including Project Schedules based on Primavera P6, Project Management Plan, Project Control Plan and Project Execution Plan, technical regulations, and reporting forms.
Leadership in schedule development and maintenance process, including assigning, forecasting, and levelling resources; development of resources curves and histograms for management decision making purposes. Proactively engage engineering staff and management in updating and maintenance of Project’s Schedule.
Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of EPC Project execution on the basis of developed reporting forms, including quantitative and financial estimate; assessment of delays impact on overall Schedule, and scheduling activities in case of non-compliance with schedule and development of activities for Recovery Plans.
Control Project’s cost parameters, identifying deviations and timely assessment of delays impact on General schedule. Coordinates and communicates priorities for new and ongoing estimating, planning and cost control activities.
Arranging planning workshops/meetings discuss and assist contractors to close their planning/project control issues.
Follow up Contract with Client regarding to execution of contractual commitment and obtaining of compensation with regard to invoicing/payments, back charges and retentions. Complete involvement into preparation of documentation for Contract Changes and Amendments.
Project Change management, and update package of project documents and regulations, including Project Schedules, Plans, Procedures, reports and financial payment documentation in the event of any Change.
Commercial negotiation with key counterparts for design, supply, construction and commissioning works, as well as selection of vendors providing these services. Preparation of contractual arrangements with contractors; development and issue of technical assignments and technical requirements for design.
Contracts follow-up with subcontracting companies, timely acceptance of works/services under signed contracts. Conducting accrual analysis and coordinate with payment processing teams to track status of vendor payments.
Development, implementation and monitoring, as well as approving by Client of Work Progress Appraisal, Acceptance Certificate and invoices.
Maintenance of accumulative records (SoW-Cost) and checking of write-off of material reports.
Implementation of the whole work process including preparatory work for turnover and commissioning of construction projects in the oil and gas industry; control over preparation of turnover documentation package.
