Review engineering drawings i.e. P&ID, Fire & Gas layouts, Single line drawings • Equipment TAG verification as per company equipment numbering procedure • Engineering and Vendor data to be review for CMMS requirements • Highlight anomalies (if any) for each project drawing • Data gathering from engineering and vendors to documents to populate in KPO master equipment list template • Coordinate with client CMMS team to complete review and approval process • SAP forms for vendors and manufacture to be filled for registration in SAP • Ensure data quality prior to share with KPO CMMS team • Extract project SPIL documents and prepare equipment bill of material register • Compile technical equipment specifications as per failure class codes • Provide support for maintenance plan assignment • Highlight GAPs and issues in timely manner to avoid delays in acceptance of CMMS deliverables • Create weekly/monthly reports and track activities against plan to support maintaining the project schedule

To enter all repair/maintenance request in the SAP/E1 system ensuring that all information is correct, accurate and updated in the system. To check the progress of all vehicles/equipment in the workshop on a periodic schedule. To notify customers of changes in status during the repair process in a timely and professional manner. To insure timely and accurate closing of the work order is accomplished prior to informing the customer of vehicle completion.
