• Acceptance of supplied equipment at the warehouse, OPI of the materials • Control of materials kitting in warehouse and issue for installation in accordance with the project schedule • equipment stock and spare parts management • Participation in working meetings, cooperation with the project manager and technical specialists to coordinate work on the timely delivery of equipment and spare parts • checking equipment storage conditions, optimization of warehouse operation • providing of reports on issued equipment, materials returned by contractors to the warehouse

• Information of the customers about delivery of the equipment/spares supplied • Open packages inspection and AoA preparation; supporting on custom clearance of equipment • Follow of warranty cases and implementation of measures for minimize delivery • Assistance and cooperation with Service Engineer for coordination of assigned works and assistance in working meetings • Field support for deployed supervisor and for assigned task from head quarter • Support Brach administration with preparation of contracts with local supplier and contractors • Administrative task (Organization of transportation, accommodation for site personnel)

Realization of project "Aktobe Rail and Section Mill'' with designed annual capacity of 430 thousand of tons of finishing products in Aktobe city, Republic of Kazakhstan * Working with subcontractors on construction site; * Making of orders to service providers for remedy works and carrying out of materials procurement; * Supporting the plant during commissioning, preparing Punch List, following Punch List procedure; * Collecting information from construction site and making NRC (non-conformity reports) of the project; * Assistance to the site manager for coordination of project works and attendance in working meetings; * Cooperation with site manager for development and update of the project time schedule; * Supporting project supervisors, ability to read mechanical drawings; * Making the contracts with contractors and suppliers; * Working with accounting documentation, archive management of project documentation; * Support site Project and Operations Management to achieve high level of internal customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring availability of commissioning spares, materials, assembly parts, equipment; * Information of the customer about arrival of the equipment supplies; * Open package inspections; * Continuous work with sub suppliers in order to reduce the delivery time; * Evaluation of the best supply possibilities for equipment * Check of the storage conditions of equipment; * Supporting on custom clearance of equipment; * Administrative tasks (Organization the transportation, accommodation for site personnel)
