Assisting the AA & IA in the execution of their PTW duties when requested before presented to PTW Supervisor (This shall NOT include signing Permits/Certificates); Being the focal point for administration of all permits issued in their relative areas, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete; Providing a quality check on the completion of permits and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained and informing the IA & AA of any potential conflicts; Recording any lessons learned during the operation of the PTW System in the Lessons Learned Register; Take a supporting role in ensuring the SIMOPs for onshore is not compromised by the issue of conflicting permits; Responsible for monitoring the state of readiness on emergency preparedness Contribute to the ongoing improvement of a positive HSE performance within all areas of facility in according of PTW Supervisor instructions.

Coordination and administration of all permits, from issue to archive, at the PTW office. Issuing permits once they have been checked by the PTW Supervisor. Assisting in the quality checking of permits before they are submitted for approval, i.e. advising the elements needed to make a good permit. Maintaining the permit register. Maintaining the permit archive. Assisting in the identification of any potential conflicts between permits. Updating copies of the latest permit procedures, manuals, PTW matrix and other relevant documentation are maintained in the PTW office. Performing in On-site permit audits. Complying with the valid AgipKCO PTW procedures.

Being the focal point for administration & coordination of all permits issued in the area of responsibility; Providing a quality check/scrutiny on the permit requirements & completion of permits, certificates; Advises IA & AA of any potential conflicts with permit related activities; Checking to ensure all associated Permits & Supporting Certificates are cross Issuing work permits with the WRAP & a Toolbox talk Risk Identification Card, isolation certificates attached; Issuing work permits with the WRAP & a Toolbox talk Risk Identification Card; Responsibility for the management of the Service section of the company issuing of PTW office «Agip KCO» to reflect the current status of the permit and outages. Such management includes ensuring monitoring of the permits on PTW office with the display of the current stage of implementation; The refusal of permission to work in the production of mutually exclusive if not taken proper precautions are not informed involved in these works staff Participation in audits PTW and their conduct; Provide appropriate training and competence of persons with signatory and the personnel involved in carrying out the works on PTW, in accordance with the requirements of the preparation for the performance of work under the PTW company "Agip KCO. Record information about any experience gained during the operation of the System Registry in PTW.
