Responsibilities: • Administrative support to Board Director (BD); • Travel support, meeting arrangement etc.; • Negotiations via telephone with representatives of international companies in English; • English written translations; • Bringing BD’s instructions to worker’s notice; • Collecting materials and information to BD • Keeping records for appointments to see BD • Business correspondence

Responsibilities: • Dealing with corporate clients • Preparation to great hotel events • Being responsible for corporate agreements and ensure full compliance with legal department • Sales calls (daily visits to corporate clients, minimum 5 visits per day) • Daily "House Tours" (Hotel excursions for guests and clients (among them general directors of companies), in order to show SPA, rooms, restaurants, Ball room ect.) • Preparing Rate offers in English and Russian languages • Daily and weekly sales reports
