• Assist HSE Coordinator on a daily basis with administrative functions • RoK Trainings arrangement for Tengiz personnel • Maintain safety data, keeping the databases up to date. • Timely update of QUEST certification as per protocols in Aktau server and synchronizing TCO Training Database with QUEST Create monthly company safety data reports; monthly and quarterly safety statistics. • Monitoring status of RoK & SLB & TCO trainings and preparation of reports/list of expiring personnel to HSE coordinator and Manager • Checking and preparation of the documentation for TCO badge issuance • Maintain monthly reports of trainings and incidents. • Arranging/Enrollment of TCO trainings for Tengiz employees • Admin support as required to HSE department. • Conduct and record SLB employees for required trainings

Introduced to safety and daily routine jobs. Participated on the Bridge Watch. Engaged in loading and discharging operations follow by continuous mooring/unmooring operations and ship to ship operations for a period of two months in USA. Involved in various activities on deck.
