- Coordinate with the line manager the timing and procedure for completing assigned tasks. - Making report about the work done by the team to verify the equipment. - Direct participation in equipment verification activities at the Client’s production facilities. - Analysis of data and documents, equipment master list. - Data verification and confirmation, physical verification, photos of nameplates, checking the list of missing equipment. - Planning a crawl, determining the priorities of segments and the sequence of actions (discipline, criticality, etc.). - Preparation of walk-through/inspection documentation: preparation of walk-through checklists; instructions; Work with P&ID, drawings, site plans, all other documentation; checklists/lists, checking equipment and equipment. - Assessment after walk-through/inspection, analysis of collected information, viewing photographs, checking equipment with the help of a specialized engineer; checking the quality of information. - System/Data Update: Uploading information to the system. - Work in accordance with regulatory requirements, client standards and international standards defined by the client at the project stage.

- Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives. - Adheres to Project Execution Procedures. - Verification and monitoring of contractor and sub-contractor’s quality control activities. - Verify compliance to Project Quality Plan, specifications and standards. - Monitor progress of all quality, inspection and testing activities against contractor and sub-contractor ITP’s. - Ensure all QC procedures and process controls are being implemented within all areas of the site and project. - Provide technical competence and quality/inspection verification of work conformance to Project requirements. - Liaise with client and RA to coordinate ITP activities in accordance with documented and planned requirements. - Review and verify manufacturing records for accuracy including weld records, weld maps and as built drawings. - Review and verify manufacturing records for accuracy including weld records, weld maps and as built drawings. - Monitor implementation of company, project and sub-contract HSE policies and procedures. - Provide weekly, fortnightly progress reports. - Perform any other tasks as required by the discipline QC Supervisor.

- Following to Client requirements and specifications - Coordinate all inspection, monitor the required tests and record test made per the contract plan and contract specifications. - Earth work inspections (compaction tests, etc.). - Monitoring of pipeline activities: trench excavation, bedding, lowering, padding and backfill activities - Concrete works inspections (reinforcement, presence at concreting activities, etc.). - Checking Geodesic surveying reports. - Amendments to the design drawings before work and during the construction activities, the coordination change with the supervision representative. - Verification of work performed for compliance with TCO project specifications.

- To control quality of installation and construction works, observance of technical regulations, construction norms and rules, specifications and production technology of works, materials and products qualities, their compliances to be established requirements. - Control of technology and terms of performance of the all construction works performed. - Studding reasons causing deterioration of construction works, to participate in development of actions for their elimination. - Organization and control of earth and concrete works, preparation of the basis, backfilling. - Monitoring of pipeline activities: trench excavation, backfill operations. - To assist in the compilation of document hand over packages.

- Controlling the quality of construction and assembly works. - Inspecting buildings and steel structures on construction area. - Organizing and carrying out of concreting works. - Working with design and engineering documentation. - Documenting the excavation and concreting works. - Preparing the acts of hidden works, installation and intermediate work, acts of testing and commissioning. - Working with job packs (preparing acts and checklists until complete handover of the project). - Completion of inspection reports, preparation of non-compliance reports. - Preparation and submission to the Client of the daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports. - Control of the topographic references and limits. - Control of the earthworks, execution and testing of soil compaction comparing to the soil humidity, preparation of bottom basement surface and further backfilling. - Control of concrete vessels’ and pipelines’ hydro-testing. - Control of insulating works and application of protection coating. - Control of compliance with requirements mentioned in the Client specifications, with SNIPs, GOSTs (procedures, technical instructions, specifications). - Controlling the order of processing operations and fill Grout to the covering TU (including extreme temperatures). - Application of fire-retardant material (including «Chartec» «Fendolite MII») on metal, organizing and conducting tests, documentation confirming the quality of work, coordination with authorities inconsistencies and technical supervision of the customer.
