Ensure well-functioning coordination of external and internal audits Obtain and provide requested information in pre-audit and audit IRs within the established deadlines. Keep data provision statistics. Ensure well-functioning coordination of Kalamkas-Khazar project accounting process Provide timely closure of audit exceptions/findings and provide responses to audit inquiries. Ensure timely provision of external and internal reports and other ad-hoc activities

1. Performing Account reconciliations and follow up of aged and out of balance items 2. Processing Accounting corrections, adjustments & cost allocations 3. Processing transactions in SAP associated with payment of Business Expenses including validation of claims to COMPANY policies / Delegation of Authorities and follow up as required. 4. Ad-hoc liaison with employees on queries relating to salaries and expenses 5. Calculation and input of Monthly accruals

Position: Audit consultant Responsibilities: Full auditing of mining, railway, construction, and education companies. Areas: All areas of accounting such as Cash and cash equivalents, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Inventory, Advances given, Advances received, Prepaid expenses, Fixed assets, Incomes and expenses, Payroll and related taxes, other taxes, except for CIT and VAT.
