- Focal contact point between Project and Operations teams from concept to closure for a Major Capital Project: KTL Switchgear Upgrade. - Successfully led FEED phase, developed design of new substations, aligning project design with stakeholder expectations and operational requirements. - Implemented design of facilities and lead model review sessions with stakeholders. Apllied design change, when required. - Conducted Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for electrical equipment, collaborating with vendors to ensure documentation and compliance. - Participated in commissioning of new equipment and handover of equipment to Operations, ensuring readiness and performance.

- Consulted TCO Power Operations and Plant Operations in OE/HSE related questions. - Monitored HSE KPI's and prepared reports for management. - Inspected TCO facilities for compliance with industrial safety, fire safety and OE/HSE requirements and provided recommendations to facility owners. - Developed and updated safety instructions and safety procedures in regards with RoK and TCO requirements. - Assessed personnel qualification as part of examination committee. - Evaluated business partners work performance and safety compliance. - Supported Operations in implementation of PTW optimization process at TCO. - Was part of Emergency Response Team during Covid.
