Contractor Environmental & Social Senior Specialist (Environment, Labor & Community - ELC)
$45 billion Future Growth Project in line with International Finance Corporation (IFC) standards.
Shortly:
(1) Conducted tender documents evaluation on environmental and social aspects
(2) Took part in the development of E&S documentation
(3) Worked with environmental design documents (ESHIA, Kazakhstan EIA, Kazakhstan Environmental Protection Section), plans (eg Waste Management Plan), procedures (eg Concrete Waste Management and Scrap Metal Management), etc.
(3) Conducted daily E&S field inspections at construction sites
(4) Worked closely with the Project ELC Core Team and the Project Construction Team
(5) Took part in the Contractor E&S management of more than 20 contractors involved in more than 40 contracts for significant infrastructure construction (plants, roads, core substation, airport, railway, concrete plant, borrow pits, workshops, fire tanks, control centre, camp at 5.000 people, warehouses, offices, training centres and much more). Managed a contractor involved in the collection, transportation and disposal of waste. The largest construction contractor employed more than 2,200 people.

Responsible on behalf of Tengizchevroil's Future Growth Project (FGP) for the delivery and implementation Environment, Labour & Community Affairs Management System.
I have been participating in a Delivery of Environmental, Labour and Community Management System in compliance with IFC standards at the Post Contract Award Stage.
Have been conducting Daily Environmental Field Inspections with Construction Team on Construction Sites.
Worley Parsons Kazakhstan, together with Fluor, the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas (KING) and KazGiproNefteTrans (KGNT) is a component of the Future Growth Project (FGP) at the Tengiz field of Tengizchevroil company, which was previously called KPJV.
2014-2018 I was focused on the Kick-Off Meetings, Pre-Job Review Meetings and conducting Field Inspections.

As a Senior ELC Specialist, I managed Contractor ELC Managers and Contractor ELC Specialists from more than 20 contract organizations on the FGP construction sites. The biggest FGP contractor (more than 2,200 employees) had 1 ELC Manager and 15 ELC Field Specialists.

I checked the following aspects and helped the Contractors to perform the requirements on it:

As a result, conducted the Weekly Environmental and Social Field Inspections on the implementation of control measures, filled the ELC Checklist and Field Action Tracker for FGP Team including ELC Core Team to make improvements and decision. Took part in the Quarterly Environmental and Social Audits with Project Environmental and Social Assurance Team.
(1) Accompanied the laboratory assistant and showed the place of sampling, controlled sampling according to environmental sampling and analysis procedure.

Verified the performance of Contractor ELC Monthly Reports and their key performance indicators.
I was involved in all ELC incidents that took place at construction sites (checked the correct filling of Corrective Action Forms according to the risk matrix and so on).
Supervised and assisted contractors in conducting Pre-Construction Surveys of the site.
Conducted toolbox talks and training to any contractor's employees on the FGP construction sites where it was required. Helped the contractor to achieve their requirements in the Training Matrix.
Have been assisting the contractors in meeting the requirements for sensitive receptors (biodiversity) and objects of the cultural heritage in order to comply with the CIP’s requirements.
