• Oversee onshore site procurement, logistics operations and materials management for ME&I, CUG, Crude & Mercaptan, Wet Sour Gas and System Completions divisions. • Act as the point of contact between the EPC contractor, site PLMM and Field Material Management teams, coordinating materials and inventory assets. • Coordinate and resolve material requests and queries from the EPC contractor. • Manage material release within approved contract scope with prior approval from Construction/Systems Completions. • Coordination of compliance with IFC BMFMR documents and SPIR forms for material requests. • Monitor procurement and expediting issues that affect the construction schedule. • Liaise with engineering, construction, material management and procurement teams to resolve material queries. • Coordinate and guide EPC contractors with material requests to ensure completeness and approval before release to Material Control. • Review and approve material returns or de-scoping and confirm proper documentation. • Work with SMEs to identify potential material substitutions and obtain engineering approvals, updating MatMan as necessary. • Assist with resolving material procurement, logistics, expediting, and availability issues, working with site logistics, material control, and procurement teams.
