Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at the workplace - Conducting induction, primary and refresher safety briefings - Monitoring the safe performance of work and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) - Identifying hazardous and harmful production factors, risk assessment - Developing and implementing measures to prevent workplace injuries - Monitoring compliance with safety instructions and the permit-to-work system - Participation in the investigation of accidents and incidents - Maintaining safety briefing logs and occupational health and safety documentation - Interaction with department managers and contractor organizations - Preparing and issuing orders related to occupational health, safety and fire safety - Development, updating and implementation of HSE, safety and fire safety instructions -Development and updating of evacuation plans and emergency response procedures

Liaise with ETS construction, engineers, and Contractors HSE representatives on a daily basis for all matters relating to HSE. Attend weekly progress/HSE meetings/attended contractors toolbox talks

• Studied working conditions in the workplace, prepared and made proposals for the development and implementation of more advanced designs of protective equipment, safety and blocking devices, and other means of protection against the effects of dangerous and harmful production factors. • Participated in conducting inspections, surveys of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery and mechanisms, the efficiency of ventilation systems, the state of sanitary devices, sanitary facilities, collective and individual protection of employees, determining their compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection and in identifying violations that pose a threat to the life and health of employees or may lead to an accident • participated in took measures to stop the operation of machines, equipment and work in workplace and on sites • Participated in the consideration of the issue of compensation for employees because of injury, occupational disease or other health damage related to the performance of their work duties. • Provided development assistance in compiling the lists of professions and positions according to which workers must undergo mandatory medical examinations, as well as the lists of professions and positions, in accordance with which, employees are provided with compensation and benefits for heavy, harmful or dangerous working conditions; in the development and revision of regulations on labor protection, standards of the enterprise system of standards for labor safety; organization of instruction, training and checking the knowledge of employees on labour protection. • Conducted introductory training on labor protection for all hired employees or students, who arrived for industrial training or practice. • Exercised control over the organization of storing, washing, cleaning, drying, repair of the special clothes and footwear, protective equipments and safety devices, also managed properly use of divisions on labour protection. • Compiled reports on labor protection in accordance with the established forms in due time

Development of Industrial Environmental Control Program in compliance with MPE, MPD, WUP Projects, Procedures in compliance with RoK Legislation; • Ensure fully Implementation of Industrial environmental Control (Monitoring) activities including internal inspection, arranging and accompany field works in time; • Preparation of IEC Report, Impact monitoring and other quarterly and annual reports and ensure timely submission to State Environmental authorities; • Timely monitor, track, analyze & submit emissions monitoring data. Ensure emissions are within the limits declared in Emissions Permits. Inform Operations in case of over limit results and collaboratively develop solution plan to avoid over limits and as a result eliminate unnecessary fines from regulatory bodies. On basis of obtained results ensure assistance in development and review of emissions standards, MPD, MPE setting projects; • Conduct quality control audit of provided laboratory services, site visit, setting appropriate approach, development / updating and implementation of required procedures describing step by step actions; • Collect, analyze monitoring data to improve environmental protection, eliminate, minimize or prevent environmental pollution based on monitoring outcome data and make proposal considering best practices of domestic and foreign organizations • Contractors' coordination in terms of monitoring activities, including Emergency monitoring, Environmental internal inspections, assists in State Authority Inspections;
