Installation, Commissioning, FAT / SAT, Start up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting for Analytical Products (RAI) and Systems including Fire & Gas Detectors, Liquid Analyzers, Combustion Analyzers, Continuous Gas Analyzers, CEMS, Gas Chromatographs Responsible for the commissioning and startup of a Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) project on KTL/SGP/SGI at Tengizchevroil field. This includes the configuration and integration of the CT5000 and PLC RX3i.

Provide DCS engineering technical support in the plant SGP/ SGI, KTL; • Provide support to shift engineers and operation of SGP/SGI and KTL plant, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of production; • Support and participation during the start-up of the plant; • Monitor the condition of the equipment on a daily basis, promptly respond and solve problems when system alarms appear; • Implements commissioning and testing program; • Coordinate software and hardware upgrades for production plants; • Perform DCS configuration and checkout activities to support capital projects; • Participation turnaround activities; • Support daily Preventive Maintenance for the Instrumentation team, analyze logic, and provide recommendation for the safety work; • Honeywell PLC experience: Safety Manager, FSC, C300, HPM; • Rockwell PLC experience: Allen Bradley RSLogix5000, ICS Triplex; • Other PLC experience: HIMA ELOPII, CCC, BN.

• Work in accordance to project standards and procedures. • Work close with Construction , commissioning, system completion teams • Work with Turnover Completions and Systems Completions to complete support handover documentation requirements and to resolve resulting punchlist or technical query items. • Check that Material Requisitions are accurate and reflect scope of supply and that all correct reference procedures and specifications are issued to bidders and suppliers. • Support warehouse and technical personnel in verification of correct Preservation of MAC scope of supply materials and equipment. • Ensure Technical Bid Evaluations are correct and follow project requirements. • Review Vendor documentation as required. • Respond to all site technical queries with concise and accurate responses to enable work to be completed, completing formal documentation and initiating resulting MoC documentation where required. • Check all MAC Construction, Engineering and third party site contractor red lines are acceptable to MAC design requirements. Where not, will advise red line originators of correct solution (fully detailed) working with Interface team or Engineering to resolve issues. • Attend site facilities as and when required. • Attend meetings as and when required Participate on Mechanical Completion(MC), Site acceptance test(SAT) and Pre-Commissioning and commissioning.

Loop pack preparation prior to commissioning. Assign commissioning, troubleshooting, functional tests, and the cause and effect of the wellhead control system, including the hydraulic panel. Commissioning of a Fire & Gas appliance such as: Point Gas and Open Path (Zelwegger Analytics), smoke detector, heat detector and flame detector. Calibration and loop checking of technological tools. Functional testing and loop test incl. On / off Valves and control valves. Inspect and monitor the daily operations of the device and check that the entire installation is in accordance with the design drawing, technical requirements and technical standard. Implementation of project quality requirements. Prepare a daily progress report versus actual progress. Establish close communication and collaboration with other disciplines to ensure the successful completion of the project. Participate with the project team during the process and final inspection of the measuring system, perforation. Check and review all previous customer service documentation transfers Support of a group of commissioning works for any shooting of malfunctions for various devices Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and functional testing of process tools
