Project Administrator
Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. Contributing to the planning and development of projects. Supporting the coordination and management of projects. Researching information as required. Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc. Keeping track of and reporting on project progress. Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Incoming & outgoing correspondence control (electronically & hard copies documents) Manage and updating the employees’ planner rotation schedule Organizing and maintaining personnel records Arranging NCOC/TCO badges and HSE trainings, RoK certificates, mob/demob travel arrangements, flight tickets, accommodation reservation issues. Updating necessary equipment /vehicles inspection, insurance documents. Answering the employees requires HR-related issues Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information and process expense forms (leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Proving required information’s and documents to the Contractors.
