TURNAROUND 2019 ON THE KASHAGAN FIELD IN "BOLASHAK" PLANT Duties during Turnaround:  Preparation work packs for turnaround scope, selection spare parts for different type of equipment. Finding spare parts or complete (valves, actuators) to extra works which were added during turnaround period. Check for compliance of installed equipment with project documentations requirements.

• Check mechanical completions and readiness of all assembly and other works, and check of conformity of elements of pipelines to specifications specified in drawings on pipelines before their transfer to operation department. • Preparing punch lists of completed work. • Check missing elements of pipelines on presence in warehouses, and in the absence of their drawing up of demands for materials.

• Issue Site Queries when required. Perform Field Check Job cards. • Ensure that all aspects of the project design comply with safety and client requirements and procedures. • Work with contractor to ensure performs job compliance with project requirements. • Coordinate with other disciplines and report any problems which may delay the progress of the project. • Assist in the preparation final records for the project, including as-builts. • Preparation required documentation such as report, punch lists, sketches of work already completed, and material requirements.

• Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design and construction. • Prepare scope of work for mechanical discipline, including drawings. • Assist in preparation bid packages. • Propose modifications to engineering design and interpreting drawings, specifications and other technical documentations for the contractors. • Monitoring management of changes in the projects (MOC)

• Develop a materials delivery requirement plan that outlines availability to a work order based on material requisition timing, purchase order activity, expediting issues, logistics, customs clearance, etc. • Coordinate with the Warehouse on material staging requirements (storage, packaging, preservation requirements, and interface with E1). • Evaluate requirements to determine if the need can be satisfied from on-site resources prior to ordering direct from the marketplace – including substitution opportunities. • Facilitate the linkage between inventory decisions and maintenance strategies in order to determine what to stock and how much to stock. • Coordinate and/or perform the review of current inventory Generate MR/SO in E1, and track material until requirement is complete.

• Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors. • Prepare daily reports and progress. Analyse, identify and resolve all technical issues in construction. • Provide an interface with design group and resolve all issues of subcontractors. • Prepare construction work schedule as per project and collaborate with vendor to ensure compliance project drawings and specifications. • Assist to subcontractors to prepare and update all drawings for projects.

• Responsible for overseeing the activities of Material Handling Contractors. • Responsible for the receipt, article checking, storage and issuing of fabricated steel. • Coordinate between requester and supplier of materials to address issues regarding the reporting of overage, shortage and delivery of damaged materials, reports and non-compliance of the materials ordered, as well as other technical issues.
