- Attending Daily Quality onsite meetings (walk-downs) with Customers. Assist the vendor representatives with checking shafts, bundles, mechanical seals, bearings, couplings of gas compressors and pumps - Preparation permits to work applications using the permit to work system and lead the toolbox meeting and ensure that the JSA / PPHA is fully understood - Ensure PTWs are completed accurately with adequate risk assessment and all safety precautions are followed prior to any work intervention on the facilities - Coordination all work process with TCO, Cameron and Dietsmann Engineers, preparation job schedules and all documents which required to work with PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment. Working with databases CoreWorx, CMS, Weekly report. During week closing the MC Plus activities - Checking rotating equipment with borescopes & fogging machines in 3GP modules - Filling inspection reports, maintenance reports, damage reports, preservation program, evaluation status, daily reports etc - Review Preservation Maintenance Requirements according to Cortec VCI / VpCl procedures
