Manage an Accounts Receivable portfolio consisting of various Trustwave customers. Analyze AR aging reports and perform periodic review of bad debt exposure by account. Contact clients regarding delinquent accounts and collection of payments. Research any account discrepancies and work with sales and service personnel to resolve issues and facilitate collections. Record all collection activity and ensure prompt and systematic follow-up for all accounts. Meet collection goals individually and as a department. Prepare weekly collection reports for management review. Respond to customer requests and provide support as requested. Research discrepancies and provide resolution in a timely manner. Monthly close activities including reconciliations. Assist in the interim and year-end audit procedures. Assist with other projects on an as-needed basis, as directed by management.
