• Receipt and verification of a package of documents from the initiators, preparation and signing of the Agreements with Suppliers, speakers, creation and closing of the request in P3 system, sending original documents by mail if necessary, archiving HCP contracts. (The main type of activities is round tables, Speaker fees, Sponsorships, Standalone,Participation in international Congresses, Diagnostic Project, etc.) • Financially approving the upcoming event in system-creation of all necessary Purchase Order in SRM, timely GR- recognition of expenses, submission of documents for payment in SAP system. • Preparing documents and active participation in the annual RAM monitoring checks as part of internal audit • Conducting Reputation Assessment Checklist for further work with Third Parties (Due Diligence Summary) - procurement part Adding new speakers / required providers to SIM and SLM systems • Administration of the database of personal consents to the processing of personal data • Organization of large-scale conferences including organization of up to 60 health care professionals' logistics, food and beverage, accommodation, flights
