Badamsha 48 MW Wind Farm Project (Client: ArmWind LLP (subsidiary of Eni Group) Under the direction of the Project Manager, the guidance and support from the Head Office, is to manage the overall project procurement execution and the coordination of a dedicated Project Procurement team: - Ensure close coordination among the Team members and strive to achieve Procedural integrity. - Responsible for all the Procurement activities of the Project in terms of costs, time and Quality. - Establish in agreement with the Project Manager the Procurement guidelines and the strategy for the critical Procurement items, works or services. - Manage the preparation of the Project Vendor List considering the Client requirements. - Coordinate the Procurement activities from the issue of the Material Requisitions up to the delivery of materials at the Site, and assure the Vendor's assistance at Site during Construction and Commissioning activities. - Concluding the Vendors/Subcontractors selection based on technical, commercial and risk assessment criteria in coordination with the Project Manager and in accordance with Company policies and Main Contract requirements. - Issue the Procurement Reports for the Project Management Team and Client. - Vendor Management. - Ensure the compliance of Procurement activities with the Main contract requirements, the Project Schedule and the budget of the project. - Analyze the areas of concern (for procurement related activities), identify risks/impact in project execution and suggest possible solutions and corrective actions.
