Work with 1C (8.3) program: Processing of documents according to sections: - Realization: - Import (Work with shipping documents and electronic invoices); - Entering prices for products in accordance with the company’s commercial policy; - Entering discounts on a product; - Bank operations with Currency; -Cash flow analytics for further payments to foreign suppliers of goods; - TMZ; - Fixed assets; - Acts of reconciliation; - Knowledge and work in the Company’s corporate system: - Operations to close the month and prepare a report for uploading to the global internal system including preparation of different reports; - Preparation of statistical reporting; - Preparation of reports to the National Bank; - Preparation and submission of tax declarations.

- Working with 1C accounting platforms (8.2, 8.3); - Verifying the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures; - Testing of internal control systems; - Comparison of paper data with data from the accounting system; - Checking the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable; - Reconciliation of bank statements and payments. - Preparation of audit files.

Work with 1C (8.2) program: Maintaining client bases, Processing of primary documents according to sections: - Realization; - Reporting persons; - Cash desk; - Bank; - Salary; - TMZ; - Fixed assets; - Acts of reconciliation; - Operations to close the month and prepare a report for uploading to the global internal system; - Preparation of statistical reporting; - Preparation of reports to the National Bank; - Preparation and submission of tax declarations.

- Work with 1C (8.2, 8.1 and 7.7) program; - Maintaining client bases; - Processing of primary documents according to sections: realization, reporting persons, cash desk, bank, salary, TMZ, fixed assets; - Payments to service providers through online bank system; - Preparing and processing of monthly salary to staff; - Reports to Tax department, National Bank, Statistical department; - Preparing of Financial statement to the Headquarter office located in Hong Kong.
