• Provide technical assistance to the Piping/Mechanical Supervisor and Superintendent and keeps them informed on matters relating to quality of performing works and quality control. • Coordinating with Project manager and design engineers to sort out engineering issues arising during construction. • Initiating, reviewing, implementing, and/or dispositioning change requests such as Field Change Notices, Field Change Requests, Nonconformance Reports, Conditioned Reports, and other technical documentation. • Supporting commissioning and start-up activities with transferring of equipment to the Operation Department. • Responsible for providing Maintenance Engineering support to the Operation Department, focusing on developing Preventive Maintenance programs and the critical spare part list for mechanical equipment.

• Providing the engineering support for the construction of the 3GI facilities in the disciplines of Piping & Mechanical, Static and Rotating Equipment such as high-pressure gas injection compressors, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, diesel generators, boilers, etc. • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing contractors and equipment’s vendor representatives to ensure that project specifications are being followed and the works are proceeding on schedule and within budget. • Preparation of various types of equipment for the technical inspections and handing over the equipment to the system completion group for the commissioning. • Coordination and reviewing of design change proposals, requests for information, supplemental instructions, SoW estimation and other project documentation as required with providing the needed response for resolving the issues.

Head of Engineering Department: • Participation in the Feasibility Study of the technology for the extraction and enrichment of phosphate ore to finalize the FS and further transition to the Design Stage. Coordinates and responsible for the engineering studies and geological exploration research to support development of the FS. PM of the Geological Exploration Project: • Provide leadership and management of the surface and underground exploration geology teams at site. • Coordinates and supervises all exploration activities including drilling, geological, geophysical and geochemical data acquisition, data processing, data storage, calculation of reserves and land tenure and exploration permit management. • Collect survey data to evaluate and prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for further exploration and mining programs.

• Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that project involves. Schedule, plan, forecast of project resources and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. • Act as a focal point between KPJV design group, FGP construction and TCO Base Business to ensure all their requirements are met (engineering support; materials; operational windows). Ensure milestones and functional interfaces are perpetually aligned across all FGP scheduling groups (engineering / construction / operations). • Provides professional engineering expertise in the design stage and construction of FGP gathering system projects. Reviews, evaluates and approve a variety of engineering and construction documents, including drawings, SoWs, CWPs, contract documents, technical specification, cost estimates, environmental documents and reports. • Review and approval of tie-ins design package for the existing plant utilities and field operation facilities, prepared by design contractors. Coordination tie-ins schedules for installation new tie-ins during the plant turn around windows.

• Accomplish construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating and allocating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders. • Manage all onsite activities from pre-construction planning through closeout. • Close coordination with project management staff on all aspects of project implementation. • Deal directly with all personnel involved with the greater project team including Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Clients, Project Managers. • Resolve operational issues and unforeseen conditions to minimize costs and prevent construction delays. • Review and approval of design documentation prepared by design contractors. • Supervise subcontractors’ performance on all project camp related operations and maintenance duties and activities. • Oversee the work scope definition, sequential work task planning, estimating, safe & efficient field execution and completion of camp construction, operations and maintenance. • Ensure that overall camp operations and maintenance program strategies are clearly defined and implemented. • Ensure the project camps maintain adherence to the TCO Camp Standards. • Support the TCO Operational Excellence strategy and IIF Culture by contributing to the systematic management of Safety, environmental stewardship, reliability and efficiency.

• Assist the Project Manager in leading the company engineering, procurement, construction and performance-based contracting projects according to contract documents. • Responsible for planning, organizing, coordination and control of construction and engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems and requirements approved by the company. • Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work. • Prepare and update project budgets, plans and status reports. • Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are being completed within given time and budget. • Lead multi-disciplinary team of professionals to achieve project objectives. • Responsible for reviewing and reporting the execution and performance of the construction activities, and that they are in accordance to planned drawings and initial design. • To analyze contractual requirements and identify execution critical aspects together with the Project Manager, the Construction Manager, the Procurement Co-ordinator and the Project Quality Manager; • Coordination and supervision of outside consultants, vendors and suppliers of goods and services, and other third parties under contract.

• Lead various type of infrastructure construction projects (include EPCM projects) from feasibility study to completion stage. • Prepare an optimized Engineering and Construction Execution Plan / Quality Plan, overall project schedule, a list of key milestones, budget and personnel chart as per project requirements. Ensure adherence to such requirements in order to achieve project milestones. • Assure engineering technical solution are developed in time and with maximum cost saving for Company and at the same time make sure the final good is delivered in line with Companies’ targets and technical requirements in terms of expectations, capacities, specifications and law requirements. • Practicing good project management by using Chevron’s CPDEP (Chevron Project Development & Execution Process) and CSOC (Capital Stewardship Organizational Capability) processes. • Preparation of feasibility study, FEED for new projects and development of cost estimates. • Preparation of engineering and construction scope of work for bids and selection of design and construction contractors. • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. • Organize and manage kick-off and regular progress meetings with discipline engineers and ensure that any required actions are properly assigned and closed out in a timely manner. • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

• Manage all engineering activities within a department including design, development, production and testing. Implement and maintain overall engineering objectives and initiatives. Lead and develop the multidiscipline engineering team. • Oversee a robust project management process and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Precise planning, scheduling and distribution of personnel resources within projects. • Preparation of terms of reference, design assignment, engineering specifications, engineering proposals and other engineering documents required for implementation of new projects. • Preparation of feasibility study for new projects and development of cost estimate for construction in ABC-4 estimating software. • Preparation of engineering documentation for bids for selection of design and construction contractors. Review of cost estimates and facilities of contractors. • Review and approval of design documentation prepared by design contractors. Supporting design contractors to passing State Expertizing with getting approved design package. • Engineering supervision of construction activities during construction. Checking compliance of construction works as per design drawings, technical specifications, State’s and Companies’ standards. • Participation in commissioning of completed facilities on behalf of Customer. Check for correctness of as-built documentation prepared by contractors.

• Adaptation of design to local conditions and correspondent engineering support of project at the site. Ensuring compliance of developed design and engineering documentation to standards, specifications, and other regulatory affair documents in design and construction. • Make changes to initial design and get approval of changes from design institutions. • Coordination of accepted design solutions with other design disciplines of the project. • Designing of various process and utilities pipelines. Development of P&ID drawings, axonometric pipeline drawings, 3D models in AutoCAD. • Designing of building steel structures and pipe racks. • Selection and development of tie-in of various mechanical equipment (pumping stations, heat exchangers, conveyors, lifting-gear, vibration screens, reducing gear, actuators). • Preparation of data sheets and ordering of equipment and materials according to design drawings. Determination of scope of works, development of cost estimate for civil construction works, materials and equipment. Preparation of bid packages for selection of design and construction contractors. • Inspection of installation and start up works of equipment in accordance with design data. Preparation of punch lists for elimination of discrepancies. • Stressing out necessity to carry out works in compliance with HSE requirements.

• Design of water heating and steam boilers, HVAC systems, gas supply, water and sewage supply systems. • Performing Engineering Design Calculations for several types of utilities. • Drafting in CAD 3D environment • Monitor and alert Engineering Manager of any deviations in job plan that affects costs, schedules or information to take corrective action where possible. • Prepare definitive estimates for monitoring cost control and trending requirements if required. • Prepare inquiry for piping material including technical bid analysis, purchase requests, supplements, update scope of work, material take-off, bills of material.

• Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and construction groups. • Assist construction staff and project engineer in validating the project design, through the management and resolution of any project discrepancies or issues • Validate project design to actual field conditions, equipment requirements, etc. • Cross-check and verify project design documents to eliminate design discrepancies • Review equipment submittals and validate alignment with project design • Assist engineering in gathering field information/data to complete design as necessary • Ensure installation details meet manufacturers requirements on electrical gear installations, etc. • Verify electrical equipment compliance with shop drawings and project requirements, as it arrives at project location.

• Installation and commissioning several types of HVAC equipment, chiller machines, water supply equipment, heating/steam boilers. • Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation. • Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation. • Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure. • Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
