1. Review, approval and acceptance of the design and estimate documentation for project and installation works, with specific reference to their compliance with approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, constriction norms both local and company, standards, industrial safety regulations; 2. Control of the approval of all design and estimate documentation required by state inspections agencies and state experts; 3. Performance of engineering supervision and assurance over any construction works (quality control and acceptance of performed works) in accordance with RoK Construction Norms and Regulations, and the approved design; 4. Providing engineering support to project teams; 5. Provide specialized discipline and project input into studies, planning and business cases 6. Facilitate meetings between client representatives, Project team members and contracting organizations with regards to any work; 7. Technical support in development of enquiries for supply of equipment and services; 8. Control and coordinate schedules for the installation and commissioning of all works; 9. Manage and ensure operational readiness of all related works; 10. Coordination of other disciplines' delivery as required for achieving desired process outcomes; 11. Driving commissioning stage at site when needed; 12. Assist with or do the preparation for and submission of all relevant permit applications for design and construction works; 13. Where needed, the development of enquiries for materials and equipment supply for construction, arrangement and utilities, control the progress. 14. Documenting any deviations and revise where necessary, assessing the risk and implement corrective plans and measures. 15. Coordination and control over all research works related to mechanical engineering within the Project scope; 16. Perform the function of Project Lead over projects assigned by the Head of Central Projects Department. 17. Manage and ensure operational readiness of all mechanical related works; 18. Hold regular team meetings relating to project progress and risk related issues, including initiating changes to original scope of work and checkpoint on upcoming milestones; 19. Communicate to stakeholders on project task and overall project(s) status including commercial, legal, financial and cost associated reviews; 20. Coordination of mechanical requirements within all CPD projects and assist other projects achieving desired project outcomes; 21. Assist the Head of CPD to compile documents and arrange the necessary procedures and guidelines to formalize the implementation of a Central Projects technical capability within Kaz Minerals; 22. Select or develop, where necessary, a credible way of creating and controlling estimates for Central Projects Department; 23. Exercise the necessary controls and assurance over individual project estimation and control functions for the various projects and staff to ensure that credible and effective project estimates and controls are developed and maintained; 24. Identify deviations in action plans, develop and monitor revisions, or provide recommendations where necessary; 25. Evaluate or where necessary assist with the evaluation of project capital and operating cost estimates and determine or where necessary assist with determining quantitative cost projections; 26. Execution of technical support in estimate documentation for design institutions, as well as works acceptance; 27. Review, where necessary, monthly Acceptance Certificates during acceptance of works related to the Project prior to approval; 28. Checking of estimates for design and research works, as well as services and construction works related to the Project; 29. Analysis of estimates and costs. 30. Identification, selection and engineering of process improvement projects from the concept through design, construction and commissioning.

- Project management from project initiation to project closure; - Conduct meetings with the participation of functional managers and contractors to assess the necessary resources for each individual operation, the level of labor, the level of equipment, and the amount of materials needed; - Introduction of negotiations with potential contractors; - Management and control of contractors; - Managing the project team, coordinating work, interacting with stakeholders, resolving problems, and making decisions; - Development and management of work volumes, budgets, resources, risks, plans, presentations, and reports;

- Interfacing and collaboration with multidisciplinary and diverse teams (management; procurement; accounting staff; warehouse; logistic team; HR; HSE; construction team). - Preparation of materials and scopes of work bills by Bills Of Quantities (BoQ). - Preparation of technical requisition by project drawings for approval with Client. - Preparation of materials and equipment requisition by project drawings for purchasing - Preparation of technical evaluation on construction materials and completed scope of works for compliance with RoK technical standards and with Client's specifications. - Analysis of maintenance and repair cost. - Analysis of manpower cost (direct and indirect personnel). - Analysis of completed works and organization of settlements with contractors - Negotiation with the Client on additional amount of work and regarding changes in the project design documentation All works have been performed in English.

- Work as a Leading Engineer of Production Technical Department of a road construction - Working knowledge of the construction of roads with cement concrete pavement and asphalt covering; -Experience of a road construction: Work with design and estimate documentation, Work with the normative documents in the construction of roads, Working with the executive documentations (project of work production, work execution plans, graph of production Works, protocols, acts of hidden works, journals, letters, agreements); -Protection of volume of work performed prior to the general contractor, engineering services and the client; - introducing cumulative bills of quantities and calculations of construction volumes for subconstruction companies.

- Working knowledge of the construction of roads with cement concrete pavement and asphalt covering -Experience of a road construction: Work with design and estimate documentation, Work with the normative documents in the construction of roads, Working with the executive documentations (project of work production, work execution plans, graph of production Works, protocols, acts of hidden works, journals, letters, agreements); - Quality control engineer for road surfacing: introducing cumulative bills of quantities and calculations of construction volumes for subconstruction companies. - Quality control of surveying divisions and labs, creating schedules for quality control procedures
