Control of all lifting works (Contractors: KTR) Duties and responsibilities:  ▪Perform necessary Rigging study work, categories the handling and lifting operations review  Heavy/Critical  Lift Studies and calculations, technically evaluate . Subcontractors Heavy/Critical lifting Plan and activities. ▪Carry out a review of Method  Statements, Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis plan produced   by the Lilting  Subcontractors.  ▪ Works in line with Company HSE Policy, ensures  Subcontractors subordinates are aware of, and comply with HSE procedures,  rules and regulations for Ragging  / Listing  activities. ▪Responsible for the assessment of heavy/critical lifting operations to ensure that planning, selection of cranes and lifting equipment  and accessories, instruction  and  supervision as necessories is in place to enable the lifting  task to be safety  executed. ▪Frequent  contract with Site Team Leaders and Supervisors in exchanging information and   suggestions related to the development  and maintaining  lifting equipment inspection, maintenance and operating systems, processes and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose ▪ Ensure that Transplantation and lifting operation strategies are followed and that operation are carried  out in accordance  with Projects  specific  procedures  ▪ Monitoring the lifting  operations to ensure that they are being carried out in accordance  with approved Rigging  study, established  Work  Method  Statement,  Risk and job safety  analysts  ▪ Deliver presentations to site to demonstrate how the lifting plans are to be used. Monitors Permit to Work process control on the site, during the lifting operation. Maintenance control of the lifting operation equipment. Actively participate on site meetings and control the process of lifting crew  change.

Control of all civil construction works (Contractors: Isker.) Earth Works, Pouring concrete under the foundation for the Module site preparation ;Load-in of Production Manifold Module ;mbilical Termination Units, and other Tag Items of topside facilities;Installation;Hook-up of Wellheads to Module and downstream to all other topside facilities tie in points ;Mechanical completion ; pre-commissioning and commissioning of Topsids for EPC-2. ● Work directly with the contractors’ Supervisors and WRPs to ensure the daytoday execution is completed as per the plan. ● Ensure the work is done in accordance with technical requirements and coordinate with QC to ensure inspections are conducted without impact to construction. ● Ensures work is in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates. ● Influence the contractor on ways to work more productively and efficiently. ● Provide feedback to Superintendent on cost, schedule and productivity opportunities. ● Review contractor’s method statements to ensure successful execution is built into the plan.

Responsibility for the proper performance of the work of the transport fleet. Supervision of a heavy vehicle fleet (more than 300 units of special vehicles) It follows that all vehicles pass an annual technical inspection, as well as receive special permits for oversized trucks / trailers. Ensure that all necessary documentation for vehicles is available. The organization of the work of vehicles on the basis of applications from the company's units, make sure that the ordered car for the allocated place is suitable, Maintain daily staffing schedules (distribution) of distribution of all vehicles and then report to the head of the department. Make a composition for delivery for the size of equipment (loaders, excavators, bulldozers, etc.) from the working area to the base for further operation, service. Coordination with the chief mechanic and mechanic for heavy transport for technical maintenance for all vehicles of the company. Control for issuance on travel sheets, cargo invoices, control for correct filling, then process them and deliver to the chief accountant. Control over the issue of fuel coupons, the daily compilation of the list of fuel for the entire vehicle of the company. Tracking of all moving goods and materials (sand, gravel, etc.) on company vehicles for internal units. It is assumed that drivers / operators undergo a daily medical examination and can work. Preparation of the personnel change of the preparation of the list of the period of re-equipment. Tracking all vehicles, applying the TSS Office's admission order, organizing the replacement of TCO passes for vehicles operating at TSS facilities as needed.

•Onshore/offshore Pipelines. Construction activities for substitution of 2 pipelines 28” cladded in onshore, swamp, shallow water. L= 90km. Reinstallation/refurbishment of 5 block valve stations. •Monitoring the execution of construction and excavation works; •Ensure timely execution of work according to established schedules; •Ensuring the correctness of staffing crews working on the number, specialty and qualifications; •Adherence with the draft sequence of works and the technology works; •Ensure that only correct machineries, instruments and equipments are used on site; •Compliance with regulations of using materials according to standards and specifications; •Controlling the materials supplement; •Participating in handing-over objects to clients and providing corrected works in time. •Сontrol over the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of reports on the quality of work, providing daily reports and certificates of completion. •Control over the observance of safety in the production of works

As the  Lift Supervisor i provide support to the Lift Manager and will have the shared day to day responsibility for delivering / executing all lifting operations. The work scope for lifting includes, all activities related to the installation of foundations, turbines and including the base port harbour storage and assembly of components prior to load out. Principle accountabilities: Managing the onshore lifting operations of foundations and turbines through the appropriate Lift Plan, Tool Box Talk at the start of every shift, project PTW system and offshore access controls with the primary focus being Health and Safety. Supporting the Client Onshore Representatives / Construction Managers and Contractor Site Supervisors in the execution of their roles. Vetting all Lift Plans and associated Risk Assessments / Method Statements subsequent to approving them. This will involve detailed understanding of the onshore construction works for a wind farm and the ability to adapt and modify RAMS submissions to reflect the daily changing circumstances that can occur. Providing the Heavy Lift Manager with project management reports, for inclusion in the monthly project report. Alerting the Heavy Lift Manager, General Site Manager, Deputy Site Manager, Senior Construction Manager to any perceived trends relating to HSE risks or transgressions developing onshore as they arise; e.g. early warning. Stopping any lift operation for immediate health and safety and protection of environment reasons.

The distribution of all construction works (on behalf of Customer) •    Control of all civil works (Contractor: UMIRZAK)   Cleaning of pipes by water jetting is sufficient and is correctly done to enable adequate visual inspection of pipe to identify existing leak sources and damaged areas which could result in future leak sources. Cleaning of concrete drain structures sufficient to enable adequate visual inspections to be made to identify any fissures or cracks in the structure. CCTV inspection is correctly made with adequate time spent observing the internal surface condition of the pipe and that quality of CCTV video output is suitable for assessing pipe surface condition. Inspection of concrete structures is done to a suitable level of detail. Visually inspect  internal surface condition of all MH/CB associated with each SOW. Take photographs (without flash) in compliance with   the TCO site safety rules and with permission of the TCO HES specialist and TCO supervisory representative. Where required enter the MH`s/CB`s to identify cracks and fissures ensuring compliance with the site safety rules relating to confined space entry and PTW procedures. Reviews pipe CCTV output and advise if CIPP is necessary. QA/QC procedures are correctly applied. To witness cut-out of cured CIPP sample and endorsement that testing and test result are correct and meet minimum specification standards. CIPP contractors QA/QC reports are complete, correct and are provided in a timely manner.  

• Support the Construction Manager at the site, in controlling the execution of the work activities of the contractors to be in accordance with the established policies, procedures and systems as approved by the company. • Plan, direct and coordinate the work of the civil contractor to ensure target schedules, programs are achieved. •Supervise and control the work of the contractor and ensure that it is being carried out as per latest drawing revisions, Technical Specifications and acceptable quality. Observed site safety practices and the progress of work and report any concerns. • Carry out inspection, Initiate & witness testing requirements of the project at all stages of the construction as per ITP either hold point or witness point on civil works ie rebar & formworks inspection prior to concreting, FDT on compaction & backfilling, grouting, line & grade checking, etc. • Participate in the review of the construction methodology and any other submittals by the civil contractor. • Review any request for variance received from the contractors and provide comments as to entitlement and recommendation on solutions.

The distribution of all construction works (on behalf of Customer) Control of all civil works (Contractors: TKA, EGS) Monitoring the execution of the work being undertaken within work area; Ensure full compliance with all relevant standards, e.g., Contract documents, specifications, method statements, policies and procedures; Controlling and inspection of Civil works ( digging, reinforcement fixing, casing & shoring, concrete mixing & pouring, forms dismantling, fresh concrete curing, concrete insulation where required, cladding, backfilling, landscape reinstatement); Controlling of Installation of technologic equipments in the areas inside the buildings; Ensuring that work is performed in accordance with the applicable Quality Procedures and Work Procedures; Work in the close cooperation with the Construction Board for the planning delivering materials, equipment and machinery. Jointly worked with several key staff personnel at site in supervising and double checking all civil works structural steel erection activities and strictly imposed the daily required manpower schedule in accordance quality control specifications and safety standards procedures for all the projects implemented, from the very start of layout and excavation, backfilling and compaction, formworks, reinforcing steel bars and concrete works, grouting and structural steel erection. Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil and architectural related activities. Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs., conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.)., render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group. Civil work activities covers in my area of responsibilities are: Fabrication, construction and erection of PC columns, concrete pipe racks, equipments foundations, collecting pits, ponds, manholes, catch basins, ditches, asphalt and concrete paving and, miscellaneous supports, Sewer and drainage system and painting of structures (Concrete surface only) below the ground level and above the ground level. Responsible for the acceptance and rejection of scheduled RFIs, attending joint inspection with the client representatives. Working with the regulatory documentation. Working with acceptance documentation in accordance with GOST, SNIP. Quality control of assembly  of metal structures, installation of reinforcement cages, monitoring the quality of excavation works and HDPE pipelines. Working directly with the state controlling bodies of the RK, engineering supervision. Knowledge in the following fields: control of excavation control of concrete works Main Pipe Rack erection (up to 21 meter). control of pipe installation Installation of technologic equipments.
