Main achievements:
Under extremely tight deadlines, all necessary operational and technical measures were carried out for detailed planning and control over the execution of all key activities of the contractor. The project was successfully completed on schedule. The main limiting factor of the project was the task of completing all construction, installation and administrative work and putting the facility into operation with its transfer to the city’s balance sheet in the period from July 2022 to July 2023, in conditions of parallel design work.
