Managment and coordination working proccess of Grating and Hot Galvanizing Workshop. Planing Daily and Weekly work and production schedule. Holding daily morning meeting with workshop employers. Daily PPE provision (gloves, resperators, etc.) Resonsible for filling the TimeSheet, fixing Overtime. Participiating in Daily Production meeting with workshop managers. Issue requests to the Procurement Department for materials purchasing. Control ongoing ang outgoing materials fro Hot Galvanizing from Customers. Control production and outgoing of the Gratings.

Maintenance of Maritime pedestal, Port, Crawler cranes and excavators, Richstakers, Pile and Drilling machines, Concrete Equipment. Organization and coordination of the Supply process Spare Parts and Lubricants to a warehouse in Atyrau and to the Customer’s warehouse on DDP terms. Work with Customers, identifying Spare parts needs, providing recommendations for replacing Spare parts, notification of the factory promoutions. Processing Requests (RFQ) from Customers to Spare parts and lubricants. Preparation and sending request and receiving Commercial offer from the factory in Austria and Germany. Calculation and preparation Commercial offers for spare parts to the Custoemer on DDP terms, approval with the management and sending Commercial offer to the Customer. Tracking the status of Commercial offer. Preparation of tender documentation for submitting and loading prices on tender portals Samruk Kazyna and NCOC N.V. company. Upon receipt of confirmation for the placement of the order from the Customer, the conclusion of the Purchase order with the Customer and the preparation of the Specification for the Supply contract. Preparation and placement order at the factory in Austria or Germany, obtaining Order confirmation. Notification to the client of the status of the order to the Customer. Request delivery price and handover shipping instruction to the Transport company. Preparation and provision documents for the cargo to the customs broker and Certification bodies. Preparation package of documents in accordance with the Customer delivery requirements for delivery and handover of Spare parts to the Customer warehouse and signing delivery documents. Tracking payment of invoices after delivery. Coordination of the work of the warehouse in Atyrau Spare parts and Lubricants, tools and equipment for service, issuing goods from the warehouse to Customers. Issues/receiving service tools and equipment to Service engineers.

• Supply and sale of such brands as Wika, Emerson – Instrumentation, General Electric – Lighting equipment; Nexans, Tumka - Electrical/ power, armored cables; Gersan, Legrand, Ezetek - lightning protection and grounding systems, cable trays; information and telecommunications equipment, etc. • Processing of Customer requests, product search, preparation and submission of commercial offer, conclusion of supply contract (delivery and payment terms, deadlines according to international trade regulations – Incoterms 2000-2010). • Conclusion of supply contract with foreign Supplier (delivery and payment terms, deadlines according to international trade regulations). • Coordination of supply process (bank transfer to Supplier, transportation company search, customs clearance via customs brokers, delivery to Customer warehouse).
