- Daily preparation of NDT reports on welded joints, nozzles, pipelines, high-pressure vessels, tanks and apparatus at Karachaganak field: Dye penetrant inspection (DPI), Magnetic particle inspection (MPI), Visual and measuring control (VT), methods of photo analysis, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Ultrasonic thickness measurement (UT) and Radiography (RT); - Ensure of incoming and outgoing documentation and reports numbering in conjunction with the Client’s policies; - Indication of wall thickness and the presence of deposits, corrosions, erosions, cracks, leakages and weld defects in NDT reports; - Production of control schemes of inspected areas, elements, piping in COMPAS 3D; - Scanning of radiographic films of piping, vessels, welded joints and other elements, , further reports preparation in the Rhythm Insight Program: indication of wall thickness and defects on the scanned film; - Checking the compliance of documentation and isometric diagrams for creating work tasks with Client’s standards; - Daily maintenance of statuses about the work done and further provision of data to maintenance engineers; - Preparation of annual work plans for NDT for all facilities in the Karachaganak field; - Interaction with other Client’s Project teams; - Monitor status of issued documents and ensure their timely turnover; - Maintain all the project-produced documentation in compliance with the Client’s (KPO) procedures and guidelines; - Maintain archive of the electronic and hardcopy documentation relevant to the project in accordance with Client company policies; - Assistance in maintaining, distribution, and tracking of internal company documentation; - Register and transmit internal and client documentation for the project; - Respond to requests for documents and distribute them as needed

- Development of technical passports for pipelines, vessels, tanks, machine tools, pumps, located at the KPO facilities (Unit-2, Unit-3, KPC) in Kazakh, Russian and English languages in compliance with the Client’s procedures and guidelines; - Technical analysis and reviewing of the technical documentation for pipelines, vessels, tanks and other equipment; - Visual inspection of pipelines, welded joints to detect defects, cracks, dents; - Collection and registration of documents required for the project and further work; - Monitoring the completeness of documentation, by performing reviews of documents against project procedures and specifications; - Periodic updating of passport data after repair, installation, modifications; - Verification of the availability of acts, protocols and conclusions on the inspections (hydro test); - Production of isometric piping schemes in AutoCAD; - Registration and download of drawings, electronic and printed transfers to the Client; - Reading of Technological schemes - P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation diagram); - Acceptance and processing requests from the Client (KPO) for confirmation of changes and modifications of pipe assemblies and piping in the drawings; - Request and searching for the necessary technical documentation in Client’s archives; - Preparation of documents for further keeping and usage; - Departmental management of reporting and documentation; - Filing and recording of all incoming and outgoing transmittals and documents; - Liaise with others in the design team and Client
