Machinery responsibilities: - Systematize Machinery equipment failure history by obtaining and analyzing Work orders in Oracle JDE E1 9.2 System – TCO Production Environment data base. - Ensure running history for rotating equipment using PIAF server. - Provide maintenance history/reliability for machinery (compressor, pump, blower etc.) - Optimized data gathering and analysis process to make assessed engineering decision on machinery equipment from passports, drawings, technological regulations and data sources. - Update XHQ Index monitoring system tags in PIAF server. - Assist and support engineers to gather, sort and analyze different types of information (statistics, technical details, etc.). Electrical responsibilities: - Update ECP log (Electrical Connection Permit) to obtain information from ECP originators on status and estimated connection date of the project loads. Log optimized Load Forecast process, as a result engineers enabled to efficiently distribute the load. - Weekly update status of ECP in MS Excel; - Prepare Load Forecast every quarter and issue for publication on the Reliability Engineering website. Tools - use XHQ Solution Index Plant viewer online system to monitor critical machinery equipment process and mechanical performance data; - user of Oracle JDE E1 9.2 System – TCO Production Environment to pull out Rotating equipment failure history; create and monitor related work orders; - user of Oracle JDE E1 Data delivery to check the status of Purchase requests and orders, reconfirm stock items of rotating machinery spare parts;

Core responsibilities: - Championed the SGE Project by supporting RE Fixed Equipment Inspector in cross-referencing existing pipeline circuits at TCO site facilities, applying modifications to the drawings using AutoCAD. - Create a position for fixed equipment, enter data related to fixed equipment from report in accordance with the passport and documentation into RBI (Risk Based Inspection) SSR Capstone database. - Analyze data inspection and enter reports into SSR Capstone database. - Drawing and modification of isometric drawings using AutoCAD. - Gather required data from P&ID and isometric drawing for criticality assessment of equipment and ensure reliability.
