As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Coordinate and monitor the timeliness of aircraft preparation for the flight: refueling, soft equipment, on-board catering, aircraft inspection by an airport border guard officer.

Coordination of ground services and keep contact with domestic/International Air companies. Monitor safety procedures during aircraft on service. To receive timely information from the services involved in preparing the aircraft for departure, refueling of the aircraft, technical status of the aircraft, commercial loading.
