- Specify and audit sites, materials and equipment to determine their suitability for future use and propose repair/refurbishment or scrap. - Arrange the preparation of the procurement requisitions for equipment and materials necessary for construction new development wells and Work over activities. - Participate in making contracts with vendors, consumer the terms and conditions and delivery dates. - Arrange orders placement for fabrication of non-standard equipment and obtain concurrence with design agencies on the equipment specifications. - Ensure management of the equipment and components acceptance and storage according to their quantity, quality and under contractual terms. - Exercise the delivery of equipment for rigging up and commissioning under the schedule. - Check if the documentation and products received against the order and, in case of non conformity, inform the user. - Provide the availability of the appropriate documents to assert a claim to vendors due to their failure to comply with contractual obligations. - Monitor the compliance with equipment and components stock level. - Organize the activities to reveal unidentified, unused equipment, carry out an analysis of its utilization in the well operation process. - Monitor the equipment components storage conditions, their adequate preservation and ensure their safety. - Provide maintaining of records on availability of equipment, components and their flow, inventory taking of the equipment and wellheads, X-tree and down hole equipment spare parts. - Assist Well Engineering department with technical evaluation of bids for equipment.

- Provide the equipment and components support for Wells Operations in accordance with the approved activities schedule. - Timely and properly generate the requisitions for supplying equipment,materials for construction of a new development wells and for the wells workover activities. - In accordance with the request of the user (SPT) and planned operations,timely and properly manage the request to warehouse and transport to rig site of the equipment needed for planned activities. - Conform that all the company equipment on location in inspected when delivered to the site, checks the serial numbers, configuration, connections, crossovers, parts, spares and documentation is available and meets the requirements to satisfy the work scope. Works on well completion lists and issues materials to various contractors for making up assemblies such as mandrels, tubing hangers, packers and polished bore receptacles (PBR) etc. Also, sends X-mass tree to Repair & Return Workshops for assembling with adaptor and pressure testing before shipping to the Rig. - Provide guidance and support regarding latest legislation and shipping requirements including necessary procedures and documentation to facilitate movement of materials in the most effective and efficient manner. Support and assist the preparation and development of company procedures and processes relating to material control, logistics and transportation. Raise purchase requisition and reservation of materials for planned jobs. Carry-out Technical Bid analysis on spares and materials and recommend acceptability.

- Physical receipt, inspection, storage and delivery of products; -Proactively interact with representatives of clients to improve communication, resolve spare part issues and organize the procurement of urgent stores with companies either locally or internationally in a short timeframe; - Conduct regular stock take to ensure spare parts are always on the computer inventory system inventory and that the inventory balances are updated in a timely fashion, and reorder points are adhered to. - Maintain allowances of storeroom quantities and reorder to maintain greater than threshold inventory stock for anticipated consumption; - Implements the planned construction activities and work packaging structure on the project through coordination with Engineering. - Collect all necessary information on the materials to be received on site such as shipping notifications, packing lists and coordinate necessary activities to received material on site; - Communicate to concerned engineers as per receipt of materials as well as the construction manager to enable them to plan for the activities. Receive materials on site such as mechanical, instruments, electrical and equipments as per material list and arrange for inspection of the same; - Identify any damages during the course of the inspection process and generate the Damage Report and forward the same to the corporate procurement department as well as the concerned officials; - Store the materials in the respective storage locations as per warehouse design and store procedure for each set of material; Issue materials to other sites if required and generate the respective Material Transfer Note; - Maintain copies of all certificates, procedures, purchase orders, material transfer notes in an easily accessible location for the audit process; - Coordinate rigging activities as and when required during the transfer of large/heavy equipment; -Received and checked all materials coming IN and OUT of the warehouse as per packing list and material issue transfer (MIT); -Conduct visual/preliminary inspection of all materials and witness materials receiving inspection; -Check quantities and material condition on receipt (with assistance from Quality Dept. as necessary); -Resolving discrepancies of materials received; -Supervised and coordinate with the site storekeepers to regularize the inventory records and statements. - Creating tight connection between customer’s departments, field units, and our office
