- Support 3GI MCPlus Administration and Execution Team; - Support the management of the 3GI Systems Completion Database (MCPlus); - Support for the MCPlus Lead in improving the existing work process for the MCPlus Team to support the Certification and Systems Completion Team; - Work closely with the 3GI Site Quality Team to ensure completed QVDs filled out correctly before uploading into MCPlus; - Support the creation of various Power BI Reports for the Certification Team; - Responsible for abiding by the SC procedures, bulletins and support project metrics; - Interfaces with the Systems Completion Team, Engineering Team and Construction Team to Raise Change Notices, Site Data Queries, manage and report Site Data Validation status and progress.

Key Responsibilities: • Review project specifications, technical practices, design instructions and vendor information; • Layout design using Electrical specifications, standard drawings, design instructions; • Communicate and interface with other project design and engineering disciplines; • Complete and revise drawings; • Check, back check, and correct drawings; • Review and comment other disciplines' design drawings and vendor equipment drawings; • Update project master drawings; • Activity progress report; • Follow-on engineering and As Built drawings support. Design: • Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Cable Block Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams; • Trace Heating Layout and Trace Heating Isometric; • Hazardous area classification drawings; • Layout drawings: Lighting and Small Power, Grounding, Transit, Equipment, Trench, Cable Racking, Cable Routing, Cable Trunking and Conduit; • 3D design and modelling using SmartPlan 3D; • Clash report in 3D model; • Troubleshooting of errors/issue in 3D model; • Drawings conversion from SmartSketch to AutoCAD formats; • Cooperate with other Engineering disciplines, Piping, CSA, Process safety and Control Systems. Engineering: • Cable sizing, Grounding, Trace heating(on TraceCalc), Lighting(on ChalmLite) and Lightning protection calculations; • Distribution Board Schedule; • Cable Schedules and MTO’s.
