Overseeing the construction, installation of mechanical and piping systems within the construction phase. Ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications, drawings, codes, and standards. Supervise and review the welding map, welding log, isometrics, and other technical documents. Monitoring subcontractor performance, ensuring qualifications and competencies are met. Coordinating with Construction Manager, to plan and schedule work activities including manpower, equipment and material allocations. Conducting regular inspections of mechanical and piping installations to ensure compliance with design requirements. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays and developing solutions to keep project on schedule and within budget. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and tools required for mechanical and piping activities Report progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement and submitting them to Construction Manager for review on regular basis. Providing status updates and contributing to project planning and decision-making processes. Coordinating project construction aspects like inspections, material submissions, and documentation. Coordinating with clients and construction personnel to implement project requirements effectively. Maintaining equipment compliance with quality and safety standards. Participating in and support site surveys and HSE inspections. Implementation and enforcing safety procedure and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Maintenance, repair, valves and interlocks • Refurbishment of valves, actuators, spools, wellhead equipments, PSV, accumulators; • Hydrotest of various equipments; • Gas test for various equipments; • Managing and supervising crew of mechanics/fitters.

• Assurance of standards in accordance with requirements of API 6A и ISO Quality Control Management System; • Maintenance and testing of the valves (Malbranque, Breda, Cameron, Petrolvalve, Saleri, Grove, Galperti, etc.; • Work with Valves Modification Control System (Linnaeus, Access); • Translation of technical documentation; • Identification of required spare parts for gas valves; • Amortise of unfit and used material, stop valves; • Supervision of equipment testing operation (valves; manifolding, BOP, actuators and etc.) • Receipt, registration and transfer of materials; • Endurance test of materials; • Registration of materials receipt and transfer; • Preparation of daily Permit to Work; • Preparation of certificates and service tickets; • Transfer of stop valves to the field; • Inventory of spare parts for gas valves of various modification ; • Inventory and marginal check of slings; • Inventory of gas valves; • Distribution of detail parts for wellhead equipment.

 Materials inspection and coordination;  Work supervision and organisation;  Inventory of valves, pipes, flanges;  Preparation of Permit to work for planned works;  Provision with material for work carrying out.

• Plant commissioning, start up, stabilization and operation. • Routine checkup of all process parameters & equipments. • Maintaining safe and smooth operation and safe working procedure in the plant. • Controlling & maintaining Process Parameters as per technical specification. • Co-ordinate all operations & maintenance activities to attain production target. • Reporting all abnormalities & failures to control room & take corrective action. • Initiating safe shutdown activities. • Safe Handling of plant during power failure and utility failure. • Initiating PTW • Maintaining records for auditing and for updating check list. • Co-ordination with technical & maintenance service department for smooth plant operation.
