• Purchase of materials for project works in Tengiz (RVU, 3GP, PRORVA, FGP). • Prepares the list and purchases products, household materials and other consumables for the project, on time and without prejudice to the work process, also orders vehicles for products and materials transportation • Creates and maintains a database on the engaged suppliers; • Develops a form and procedure for registration and processing of applications for the purchase of materials • Adding to the system information about ordered materials; warehouse stock; suppliers and updated customers data. • Search of suppliers; inquiring new proposals from suppliers; preparing for management informed proposals to engage new suppliers. • Negotiating with suppliers and agreeing terms and condition of delivery with line Manager. • Performing work assignment of line Manager. • Keeping the report of the received/issued/reserved materials. • Working out a contract plan that includes all contracts • Working with contractors and suppliers to control and monitor the implementation of work process • Ensuring compliance with the procedures and policies of the company at the time the contract is entered • Ensuring compliance with the law and public authorities’ requirements • Carries out quality control of the purchased products and takes measures to replace materials in case of detecting any defects.
