- Assisting in launching of Preferred Banking lounge; design and development of marketing material, collaboration with Printing houses; Market research; - First line customer support by telephone, e-mail, fax, other channels; Consulting clients on a full range of Consumer Banking products (card accounts, personal loans, overdrafts, mortgages, transactions and payments, other products); Working in the main programs and system; Handling customer complaints (receiving, logging, resolving, closing)

- Organizing of Department's work performance - Holding of meetings, negotiations - Preparation and making of contracts - Preparation of bills, monitoring of payments - Organizing, holding a conferences - Advertisement - Market scan

- Receiving and processing the booking orders via phone, fax, web-booking, e-mail; - Timely response to all incoming booking orders; - Collaboration with companies and their representatives on the basis of a contract
