Manage and control QHSE Training process within organization and including contractors.

Develop procedures and policies related to drilling operations.

• Support the QHSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. • Provide support to the QHSE dept on the implementation and continual improvement of company-wide HSE MS initiatives eg. ISO 14001 & 45001. • Verify Approved Procedure and HSE Plan, available to start the mechanical commissioning activities. • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. • Support the QHSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business. • Attend pre-job, planning and client/Internal meetings as required on HSE related matters. • Assist with developing HSE plans/Procedures that comply with company policies and objectives as well as client requirements. • Ensure training, tool box talk/meetings, safety meeting and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc. • Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident/Incident Investigation reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the QHSE Manager for promulgation to the management. • Calculation of HSE Risk Level and complete Risk assessment for the project. • Hazard Identification and mitigation, Risk Identification and mitigation. • Complete COSHH Assessment. • Complete Hazard/ Aspect Identification checklist according to the project requirements • Environmental Aspects and Impact Index according to the project requirements • Promote/improve Safety culture within the organization. • Manage Safety Statistic reporting within the project. • Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the QHSE Admin and QHSE Manager. • Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures. • Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all BW employees and subcontractors. • Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies, plan and safety standards. • Support in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices. • Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required. • Verify RoK qualification records are available. • Verify RoK/Client Training records are available. • Review PTW records and testing and pre-commissioning procedures. • Coordinate with Client, BW KZ Project manager and other project team and subcontractors to complete all project HSE activities. • Make sure all personnel and equipment’s records are available and approved by client. • Conduct site HSE inspections and work site HSE audits and complete Report in time. • Implement and control Hazard Identification and Risk Management. • Follow up with project team close out Hazard observation findings/ inspection findings/Audit findings. • Issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the QHSE Manager • Monitor all activities and train workforce where requirements are found in line with HSE requirements. • Liaison with client HSE representatives • Monitor ongoing construction/pre-commissioning/commissioning activities to ensure that installation/tests are carried out as per client and RoK HSE requirements. • Promote HSE Recognition program, Behavior Based Safety Program (BBS) and Stop Work Authority (SWA). • Ensure work procedures are adhered to • Carry out general tasks assigned by the QHSE Manager. • Coordinate with BW KZ Project team to achieve project HSE targets. • Undertake technical integrity and HSE reviews/audits, Participate in site HSE management and improvement. • Follow BW & Client HSE requirements, policies and instructions.

• Lead the activities of the HSSE Training team in the development and implementation of an effective, risk-based, fit-for-purpose HSSE Training Strategy and Program for NCOC; • Responsible for coordination, development and maintenance of an HSSE training standard and matrix of standard and mandatory training courses for all company employees and specifically for HSSE Critical Positions; • Establish clear guidelines for HSSE training requirements for all NCOC personnel are able to locate it; • Ensure training is consistent with industry best-practices and include any required industry training elements; • Embedding CMS, Operations Integrity and Assurance elements into training materials; • Ensure a process is in place to track the status of training, including a centralized database and a method for notification to personnel of upcoming training; • Ensure high-quality content and delivery of HSSE training programs; • Audit and review external training providers to ensure validity of program and assurance process; • Maintain current Terms of Reference for HSSE training programs developed with relevant process owners; • Promote consistent communication of Company Health & Safety Golden Rules and other relevant HSSE programs and Processes; • Analyze the external training provision process for optimizing to in-house training; this also covers for mandatory RoK HSSE training; • Obtain relevant accreditation from RoK, OPITO and equivalent standardization agencies; • Lead the process of establishing internal Permanent Examination Committees in terms of Industrial, Labor and Fire Safety training; • Provide training courses to balance the workload of the training team

• Develop HSSE and RoK Training Matrixes, agree with all interested parties and update regularly • Conduct HSSE Training Needs Analysis for various work locations, produce final reports and develop Performance Improvement Plans. • Preparation & release of training schedules. Fully cooperate to ensure the effective filing of all hard copy records in such a way as they can be made readily available for Audit Purposes. • Lead assessments of the training course providers for both facility and instructional staff to ensure requirements of the Company Terms of Reference are achieved, produce final reports and help in Performance Improvement Plan development by Training Providers • Assure External Training Providers meet Company requirements on delivery of HSSE Trainings including Defensive Driving Training.. • Lead adhoc and regular checks of External training providers • Rank Training Providers and its Instructors with Team Lead direction • Develop and approve (gain approval) of a variety HSSE training courses, materials and related documents ensuring compliance with RoK Laws and Company Policies and Procedures and delivery of critical HSSE courses • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager that are related to this job. • Support HSSE Training Team Lead in his daily duties and fulfil responsibilities when required • Be responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of all course attendees, and ensure accurate completion of various records and competency assessments (Exams, tests, etc). • Participate in emergency response drills, ensuring all course attendees are escorted to and accounted for at the Muster Point(s). • Maintain and ensure the safe storage of training equipment. • Support the collation and reporting of statistical data, in an accurate and timely manner, and ensure all Incidents, which may occur during the running of course, are reported immediately, to line management. • Provide assistance and support to associated departments on matters relating to HSE; • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager that are related to this job. • Create occupational safety reporting in a generic format and within a prescribed period. • Provide full support to implement the Company HSSE culture program, along with associated training and coaching programs, in line with the Company expectations set by senior management; • Promote Company Health & Safety Golden Rules; • Resolve arised issues and develop with line manager remedial action plan; • Ensures all tasks given by Line Manager implemented and provides further feedback on the progress;

Deliver HSSE training courses such as: • Workplace Risk Assessment Process & Toolbox Talk Risk Identification Card • Permit to Work level 1 and 2(Signatory Role) • Basic Safety of Lifting Operation • Construction Activities • Authorized Gas Tester level 1, 2, 3 with practical exercises and competency assessment • Safe Management of Mechanical Isolation • Safe Management of Electrical Isolation • Incident Investigation & Reporting • SAFER behavioral safety (STOP card equivalent) • Operational HSE case basic awareness • HSE Seminar for contractors Trainings delivered in English, Kazakh and Russian languages • Develop and improve training resources/materials such as: Power point presentation according to recognized standards (local standards and international), handouts and assessment papers. • Carry out the assessment for internal and external training providers for various courses such as: Confined Space Entry, Confined Space Rescue, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work level 1 and 2, Working at Height, Basic Safety Lifting Operations, Construction Activities HSE • Maintain inventory for training equipment in stock. • Review of current training resources like: Power Point Presentation, handouts, procedure, translation into Russian and English. • Authorized Gas Tester practical assessments.
