Duties and functions: - Sale of chemicals to different industrial companies in Kazakhstan (gold mining, oil & gas, cement production), cable products, railway materials, equipment, spare parts for mining and metallurgic industries; - business development; - preparation of documents and tendering on tender platforms: tender.sk.kz, reestr.nadloc.kz, etc.; - performing successful laboratory and industrial tests of chemicals at cement plants, gold concentrating plants; - alculation and drawing up offers; - full performance of the contracts for delivery of the Goods, starting from the pur-chase requisition up to acceptance at warehouse, including signing of the contract with manufacturer, study of the most efficient transport logistics, customs clearance in different cities of Kazakhstan, waybill issue and r/w car supply to the Customer warehouse, accounting documents check and maintenance (related to the Goods import and services of non-resident companies in Kazakhstan) and many other oper-ations associated with delivery of the Goods

- managing the marketing department; - market research for definition of target prices; - creation and administration of data base; - monitoring of competitive environment depending on tax, price and customs policy of RK; - consideration and approval of tendering dosumentation; - implementing and coordination of Integrated Managment System; - control and monitoring of Purchase Budget for planned year in SAP; - price management in SAP; - work in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (The rules of materials and services purchase of JSC «Samruk-Kazyna» and companies, which stocks for 50% or more belong directly or indirectly to JSC «Samruk Kazyna»);

Responsibilities and functions: - Supply chain management, process coordination with other company departments; - market analysis; - development, integration and further control of purchase business process; - development and integration of employees motivation system; - signing of contracts for materials delivery (within the scope of POA for signing of contracts, way bills, acceptance certificates for the amount of 15 mln. tenge); - control of contractual obligations of the company; - control of internal procedures implementation; - department work and performance reports on day-to-day and monthly basis; - acceptance, distribution and control of purchase requisitions; - negotiations with suppliers, manufacturers in regards to achivement of discounts, conclusion of contracts, terms of delivery, issue of specifications; - control of in-time issue of documents for materials and services purchase; Achivements: - Supply chain upgrade with the help of the following tools: - Nomenclatures contrcacting schedule on the basis of purchase requisition, which helps to plan the specific work of the supply specialists and estimate the risks for delivery failiure. - Integration of materials and equiment delivery schedule, which helps to control the current stock, analyse the reserves level and forecast the risks of overstock and excess inventory. - Integration of updated suppliers estimation system, which helps to see the real situation of how the suppliers fulfill their obligations (over 500 suppliers in one glance! ) , as a result correct choice of supliers.

Responsibilies, functions: - in time provision of the Goods (Equipment, spares, consumables, reagents, etc); - market analysis; - seach for new suppliers and manufacturers; - work with suppliers in Australia, USA, Europe, China, Canada etc, negotiations, conclusion of contracts ; - purchase documents management (contracts, invoices, way bills, acceptance certificates); - logistics management: acceptance and dispatch of the goods, conclusion of contracts with expeditors, transport companies; - customs clearance management ; Achivements: - the Goods cost decrease, prepayment decrease, transport costs decrease; - experienced in Project works while constructing the Gold concentrating plant in a position of logistics manager (purchase of equipment, conclusion of contracts for installation supervision, contracts monitoring and logistics arrangements.
