- support subcontractors to define the best erection sequence in terms of safety, quality and productivity; - support subcontractors in estimation of man-hours and manpower for steel structure assembly/erection and piping fabrication/erection of each subcontractor; - support subcontractor’s production planning team to prepare detailed L5 schedule for steel structure assembly and define priority at mark level; - monitoring material delivery from fabrication yards and provide priorities with required ETA date to fabrication team, in order to align fabrication sublets; - daily visiting a construction site to ensure that L5 schedule is followed by subcontractors and manpower assigned based on it; - support subcontractors to take an actions against production losses; - reviewing, commenting, approving of subcontractors daily, weekly, monthly steel structure assembly and piping fabrication reports; - support subcontractors to solve technical issues during assembly/erection stage; - interface with Project Control and Management Teams; - liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time plans are updated to reflect latest information; - staying in permanent contact with engineering, procurement and QC departments; - staying in contact with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and client in order to build strong business relationship which helps in generating new joint projects.

Prepare necessary report of project status and analysis of spent hours with estimation hours. Prepare CPI (continuous performance improvement) in order to reduce the cost and man-hours of the Project.
