Responsible for control and store of Project Data; Ensuring that all technical submission & deliverables are process according to agreed DC procedure and withing the scheduled time; ensuring that project information is easily retrievable from the system; developing weekly/monthly deliverable documents and management reports; beeing a personal assistant of PM; lead, supervise and coordinate the work of the site DCs; perform other related admin duties for Project Control Department;

Managing the day to day control of drawings, issuing of technical documents and progress tracking; ensuring that all team members are working on consistent and up to day project information; keep accurate track of correspondents, in paper and electronic format; preparing status reports and supervise DC function;

Assisting ED in programming, design and concept developing; design proposals; PM assistance and site coordination; prepear pre- tender information; monthly design reporting;

Presenting design proposals to the client; producing detail drawins; prepear design briefs and design leaflets for approval and marketing; coordinate dedign meetings and issuing moms; evaluatinv and uploding information on the milestones; weekly/monthly design reports;

Involvung in zoning, phasing and developing urban plan as well as layout planing; sketching design and prepear detail design; 3D modeling, visualization and presentation of projects;
