Responsibilities: • Control of all QA\QC documentation & compilation of work packages for client. • Completion documentation of executed work • Inspection of Incoming Material (Pipes, Fittings and Valves) Control of traceability and surface damage • Inspection FIT-UP of Tubing Isometric • Visual Inspection of welds, writing daily welding report • QC welding database, control of percentage rejection rates • Control execution of the NDT (VT, RT, UT, MT, PT, and Hardness Test) and its sequence. • Monitoring percentages of non-destructive testing in accordance with specifications and welding procedures • Inspection of structural weld map, control of dimensions according to drawings • Check P&ID drawings and latest isometric drawings • Monitorring of above ground and underground welding operations • Draw as built (for executive documentation) • Hydrostatic and pneumatic test: completing of corresponding documentations, control according to SNiP and VSN standards • Monitoring punch-list of incomplete work

Coordinate, organizing and controlling following: • Piping fabrication (fit-up, welding, PWHT, coating). • Piping site erection (installation, touch-up, heat tracing and insulation). • Mechanical activates (flange alignment, Lange connection, bolt torqueing and valve installation). • Steel structural fabrication (fit-up, welding, coating). • Steel structural site erection (installation, bolt torqueing, touch-up).
