- Preparing of Permit to Works accordance Work pack Turnaround NCOC on D-Island; - Development of risk assessment and method statement on Kashagan and Karachaganak oil&gas fields; - Participate on pre-job planning at site with a technical engineers; - Perform an authorization for new employees; - Attending daily SIMOPs meeting, site audits of permit to work and their conduct. - Operating the Permit Office to reflect the current status of all permit work and isolations; - Response for Permit to Work register accordance client requirements; - Participate on well conversation and intervention operations, and replacement of subsurface valve for changing production well to injection; - Fully understand of Oil & Gas and Utility systems of production lines, Vessels, Separators, Knock out Drums, Pumps, Compressor, Gas turbine, X-mas tree, Valves etc.

- Develop, implement, monitore and maintain the site specific Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Emergency Management and Enviromental programs, policies, forms, training materials and any applicable supporting materials; - Conduct site-wide Risk Assessments to evaluate Health, Safety and Environmental hazards based on Severity, Likelihood, Exposure and Frequency and developed plans for mitigation; - Conduct and report special HES Meetings/Training between the Project and Contractors; - Develop HES plan that summarizes the HES activities that will be accomplished and implemented during activity;

- Ensure the safe work of personnel at site; - Conduct the HSE trainings such as: Working at Heights, Confined Space, Safe Excavation Practicies, Lifting and rigging operations, Permit to Work and Risk Assesment, Steel Erection, Concrete works, First Aid, Emergency Rescue, Fire Safety , Motor-vehicle safety, etc .; - Daily observations, coordinate HSE employees of subcontractors to ensure safe work without injuries before, during, and after the work shift: - Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe actions, participate in disputable issues, and solve; - Contact and improve the relationship with clients, if necessary, help them at site to translate from English or from Turkish to employees; - Check the conditions of PPE, warehouses, office buildings, lifting and rigging equipments, special. PPE, MSDS, fire safety equipments, vehicles, heavy equipments, hand and power tools; - Be a primier to the employees, assist to management, perform the tasks of manager; - Support to develop and maintain PTW & JHA or PPHA/JSA reference materials to use by Contractor WRP, PTW Coordinators, and HES Representatives; - Participate in HES walkdowns for each work location in accordance with FGP Tengiz schedule, send reports for the manager and fix non-conformances; - Require employees to follow the policies and procedures of Dorce and TCO; - Participate in incident investigations, provide first aid, monitor the actions of subcontractors HSE inspectors and safety watchers; - Conduct safety drills, participate on safe coaching, Behavior Base Safe and Incedent Injury free programs;

- Maintain the documentation of personnel training for compliance with the norms and laws of the RoK, SNiP (Biot, Industrial Safety, Qualification certificates, Fire-technical minimum); - Conduct the inductions (Site Insructions, Fire safety, Environment); - Check the documents, certificates for compliance with GOST and international standards EN, ANSI; -Conduct site inspections, particularly high risk Zones that in conjunction with the Person Responsible for the Area (PRA) should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements; - Conduct a weekly internal HSE meeting with inspectors and safety watchers; - Organize of work to improve the index and quality of work assignments; - Help the management to calculate efficient and financially profitable technologies to develop of company; -Share together with the mechanic of machinery inspections, spec. machinery and equipment;
