Responsible for MCPlus database validation against latest AFC (Approved for Construction) deliverables, approved design, and field changes in time for mechanical completion activities.  Responsible to systemization IWPs (Installation Work Package), RWE (Request for Work Estimate), AWE (Acceptance for Work Estimate) to assign associated QVDs (Quality Verification Document) and PL (Punch Lists)  Responsible for verification and validation Change management documents, TQ (Technical Query), WIF (Work Instruction Form) RFI (Request for Information), SR (Surveillance Report), ITC (Instruction to Contractor), ITP (Instruction to Proceed) DCN (Design Change Notice), RIM (Risk Interface Request), and assign required QVD, PL, accordingly to visible and tracking these changes for system completion team into completion software.  Raising CN (Change Note) into MC Plus app, to assign QVDs based on TTM (Tag Tape Matrix), and project drawings.  Responsible for verification, and alignment between engineering dates FED (Facility Engineering Data), ARD (Asset Register Database) and MC Plus Data.  Responsible for SCMOC (System Completion Management of Changes) to change, identify subsystem boundary and impacted tags as per project drawing accordingly.

 Implementation of the systemization in the Systems Completion Database, in line with processes and work instructions. Verify and systemize tags to the correct subsystem, as per technical and systemized drawings.  As an ELECTRICAL SME validate and provide guidance on the ELECTRICAL systemization and corresponding Inspection records and check sheets assignment in the database, in line with ITP and project procedures and specifications. Maintain Tag Type Matrix and coordinate any changes required  Support the MCPlus Systems Completion Database workflows, management of change of the database and support the certification process.  Communicate with site personnel and other affected teams to ensure Database changes are understood and implemented as agreed. Implement systemized drawings changes, including issuing work scope boundary mark ups when needed.  Raising Technical Queries for any completions issue.

 Manage QA/QC inspectors and monitoring daily progress reports ensure these are operational effective.  Mentoring and support for field Inspection, and review Checklists, Quality verification documentation,  Holding regular meetings with Owners QA/QC team, Turnover completion team for resolution of quality issues and problems timely fashion.  Effectively communicates relevant project changes and information to project team and management  Liaise with Client Quality team and Technical supervision, RA (Regulatory affairs) Department to ensure that the specifications and quality standards achieved and adhered to contract conditions and Turnover Milestones.  Prepare and submit to approval ITP (Inspection Testing Plan) according to client documentation management system, and all required reports.

 Study and checking project documentation, drawings, philosophy, material requests, method statements.  Support to construction field electrical engineers and supervisors.  Preparing RLM (red line markup) in the drawings as per client procedure.  Preparing and written TQ (Technical Query) for client according to mismatches and changes in the project.  Checking vendor drawings as per standards of Kazakhstan & client requirements.

 Develop work packages as per client requirements.  Preparation method statements for electrical and instrument works, if this scope of work subcontractor will be checking, commenting and advise.  Checking the required materials in accordance with the approved MTO (Material take off) and manpower, tools and heavy equipment fort implementation of this work.  Verification of all drawings and division of each by working packages.  Checking work schedule according to calculation planning team and delivery materials plan as per warehouse and logistic groups.  Develop CLBD (Construction Logic Block Diagram) by sequence from construction works to transfer pre-commissioning works.  Preparation Job card and Job progress card accordance with site construction supervisors progress reports.  Control, changing and update of drawings at release last revision and RLM (red line markup)

 Quality control of work performed in accordance with the standard, at the request of the project.  Inspection by authorized client inspectors, quality control, guided procedures QAP (Quality Assurance Procedure), ITP (Inspection Testing Plan) after the installation of electrical equipment in accordance with requirements project and according to project standards, PUE RoK (Rules of Electrical Facilities Maintenance).  Carrying tool control: Continuity test cables, testing cable insulation resistance, check resistance of electrical circuits, test resistance grounding circuit.  Check the installation and installation of equipment: lighting system, earthling system, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system, emergency shutdown, fire detection system and gas, access control system, heating tracing system for piping’s.  Preparation RLM (Red Line Mark-up) drawings if necessary.  Filling the form client test results (Checklist)  Preparing a daily report on the result of the inspections, if not acceptable fill Punch List
