o Piping and E&I, Post-pipeline(RID) IWP (Installation work package) preparation for Construction + related QVD list for further actions of System Completion dep; o Research and preparation of boundaries for interfaces between Field Facilities and Pipeline projects; o Checking drawings to find out mismatches and preparing requests of additional materials or changing material types; o Scoping of Civil, Structural, Piping and Pipeline CWPs into IWPs; o Site visits of my 3WLA (3-week look ahead plan) responsibilities and discussion problems of works execution of IWPs, which I had prepared; o 3WLA Reports Preparation for weekly meetings with Company Representative persons; Constraints identification, tracking and communication. Constraints review sessions enhanced flow of information and issues between the field and management, which allowed for timelier reaction;
