Reporting & resolving non-compliance issues, liaison with the main Contractors Gate, Kentech, PowerCom Ko & IGS-Sicim, Yamanlar reporting directly to the Project HSE Manager. 9. Conducts or directs research studies to identify hazards and evaluate loss-producing potential of given systems, operations, or processes. 11. May supervise others and be responsible for training of less experienced individuals. 12. Makes decisions independently on engineering/scientific problems and methods. 13. Conducts or directs evaluations of HSE program using established goals. 14. Creates and establishes project HSE programs to address program gaps. 15. Maintains liaison with client representatives, company HSE personnel, and regulatory agencies. 16. Initiates and maintains HSE awareness programs and fosters such programs to improve awareness 17. Provides guidance to management through interpretation of HSE Practices and Procedures, legislation, and regulations.

1. Working with Saipem on stringing 90 kilometers of Pipeline. 2. All HSE Activities covered in relationship to this activity i.e. R.O.W stringing, welding, lowering, tie-ins & hydro testing.

Bonatti-Sicim were contracted to lay a 40" Pipeline running from Kulsary to Tengiz client was PFD (Parsons Fluor Daniels). Responsibilities included monitoring of preparation of R.O.W trenching, welding, and lowering of pipeline, tie-ins & hydro testing including various civil works activities.
