Linking to end user computers via remote access(if it's possible). Traveling to end user office, field or plant location. Installing and commissioning of the new hardware, software. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, and software issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Depending of the problem, proposing simple and effective solutions. Providing basic training to customer. Completing job reports and sending to end user. Maintaining good end user relations.
