Planning and control of the budget

* organising timely and high-qualified procurement procedures for goods, works and services (in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan); * elaboration and approval of draft terms of the contracts/invitation letters/protocols for the procurement; * acceptance of applications from potential suppliers and their subsequent registration for participation in procurement; * placement on the Fund's website and procurement portal (www.nationalbank.kz ) all the information related to procurement issues in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on procurement; * monitoring compliance with deadlines for providing answers to received procurement questions; * preparation and approval of procurement protocols, subsequent placement; * preparation and conclusion of contracts/additional agreements on procurement based on the results of procurement procedures; * control over the submission of suppliers to ensure the execution of the procurement contract; * implementation of post-control over the timely execution of the procurement contract; * formation of reports on the execution of the procurement plan; * participation in the preparation of the annual budget of the branch; * work on making proposals for planning budget funds (financial plan); * development and introduction into the system and formation of a procurement plan, budget, amendments and additions to it, preparation of materials for their approval.

• Provides services to depositors outside the offices of the Fund, with the exception of processing applications for payment and transfer of pension accumulations; • Carries out consulting, information and explanatory work on all types of pension services provided by the Fund, as well as increasing the financial literacy of the population in terms of pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan; • Monitors and analyzes the receipt of pension contributions and reports on their results; • Provides recommendations to the head of the Branch on further improving the process of servicing depositors; • Participates in activities to attract voluntary pension contributions; • Analyzes the information about the shortcomings, claims to maintain depositors (recipients) of the Fund, the consideration of complaints and rapid response; • Provides recommendations for the modernization of software and hardware systems to optimize the activities of the Fund's branches in terms of servicing depositors (beneficiaries); • Forms reporting forms in accordance with the requirements established by the internal regulatory documents of the Fund; • Draw up reports, references, memos at the request of the Fund's structural units; • Other functions on behalf of the director of the branch on matters within the competence of the Department.

• Planning of individual sales volumes; • Making "cold calls"; • Conducting negotiations, personal meetings; • Signing contracts with new customers; • Acceptance of orders from key customers, registration of applications, control of timely shipment; • Merchandising in category “A” stores; • Analysis of cases of refunds and failures. Taking measures to prevent such cases in the future; • Carrying out of work on training of the personnel of clients; • Control the return of the customer’s debts; • To lead a sales history of clients; • Collecting and analyzing information about competitors; • Implementation of special discount programs, bonuses and other measures to stimulate sales; Achievements: ​ • Conclusion of the agreement with a large trading network "Marwin" (Meloman Holding), expansion of the assortment for each segment; Monthly fulfillment of the plan for shipments (at least 10 million per month) • Conclusion of the contract and personal service of the network of shops "Erkemai", "Mothercare", monthly fulfillment of the plan for shipments (not less than 2.5 million tenge per month) • Conclusion of a contract with the “Magnum” trade network, implementation of the monthly plan for shipments (at least 1.5 million tenge per month) • Establishing partnerships with the “Detsky Mir Kazakhstan” trade network; Monthly fulfillment of the plan for shipments (at least 10 million tenge per month) • Increase sales foк 30%

• Carries out consulting, information and explanatory work on all types of pension services provided by the Fund, as well as increasing the financial literacy of the population in terms of pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan; • Making "cold calls", maintaining the customer base; • Development of Technical contracts; • Issue of extracts from Individual pension expence on demand of the depositor/recipient, introduction of changes in registration documents in the database of the Fund; • To attract the depositors; • Retention and servicing the depositor; • Monitors and analyzes the receipt of pension contributions and reports on their results; • Prepares reports, references, memos if requested by the Fund's structural units; • Other functions on behalf of the director of the branch on matters within the competence of the Department.
