Key Responsibilities: - Conducting field engineering surveys and inspections. - Developing Work Execution Plans (WEP), technological charts, and procedures. - Reviewing working and design documentation for compliance with standards, codes, and site conditions. - Maintaining as-built documentation and preparing technical reports. - Developing and approving specific work instructions for hydraulic and pneumatic testing of pipelines. - Preparing and updating schedule networks (Primavera P6) and daily progress tracking. - Generating records of unaccounted work volumes and preparing justifications for changes. - Monitoring deadlines, quality indicators, and readiness for work execution. - Organizing correspondence with clients, contractors, and design organizations. - Participating in technical meetings, work handovers, and coordination with related departments.

Key Responsibilities: - Organizing and conducting walkdowns of completed systems to verify construction quality and compliance with design documentation. - Controlling the quality and installation technology of process equipment and linear structures, including rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, gas turbines, fans, HVAC (AHU, Exhaust / Supply, Fans, Ducting, Dampers, Louvers, Fire Dampers, HVAC Panels)). - Coordinating system works and implementing action plans to ensure safe completion of construction and readiness for commissioning. - Active interaction with HSE personnel, TCO construction teams, contractors, and commissioning departments to ensure safety and quality compliance. - Verification of completion certificates for subsystems, resolving outstanding issues related to technical changes, deviations, and project notifications. - Ensuring compliance of executed works with standards and normative documents; identifying and documenting deviations. - Preparing P&ID and ISO documentation in FED, CMC, CORE WORX, and EB systems.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance with project requirements for occupational safety, industrial safety, and environmental protection during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning works. - Participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning of rotating mechanical equipment and pipeline systems. - Commissioning and preparing the following equipment for start-up: o Pumps, fans, compressors o Gear drives o Crushers, thickeners, flotation equipment o Hydraulic and HVAC systems HVAC (AHU, Exhaust / Supply, Fans, Ducting, Dampers, Fire Dampers) o Technological and auxiliary pipelines - Verifying installation of mechanical equipment and pipelines against design documentation, P&IDs, specifications, and manufacturer requirements. - Preparing equipment, mechanical systems, and pipelines for Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning. - Controlling and performing: o Cleaning, flushing, and blowing of pipelines o Hydraulic and strength tests o Verification of valve, flange, support, and expansion joint installation - Performing and monitoring all inspections of rotating equipment and pipelines according to Check Lists (C0) and identifying additional checks before commissioning. - Assessing readiness of equipment for mechanical tests, rotating parts tests, and load tests. - Participation in static and dynamic tests (C-1 / C-2): o Monitoring vibration and temperature parameters o Ensuring safe execution of mechanical and load tests - Coordinating with electrical and process engineers; participating in biweekly commissioning schedule preparation. - Collecting, preparing, and submitting C-1 and C-2 test records. - Supporting mechanical engineers in compliance with lubrication charts for rotating equipment before commissioning. - Preparing checklists, readiness certificates, and other documentation within the commissioning plan. - Implementing Lock-Out / Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and conducting safety briefings for personnel before commissioning. - Applying SLAM and risk assessments to identify and prevent workplace hazards. - Participation in installation, assembly, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment, including pipeline systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation. - Executing works according to inspection results, static and dynamic tests, in compliance with the commissioning plan and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Preparing mechanical works for Turnaround on onshore process facilities. - Supervising Work Packages including: o Replacement of valves and check valves o Works on oil, gas, sulfur, and utility lines - Controlling dismantling, replacement, maintenance, and lubrication of gear drives on rotating mechanical equipment. - Coordinating installation teams, scaffolding teams, and maintenance services to ensure safe and coordinated execution of parallel works. - Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, industrial safety, and HSE requirements. - Conducting induction and toolbox safety briefings. - Ensuring equipment and pipelines are ready for further commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities: - Technical supervision and quality control of construction, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and pipelines. - Ensuring compliance of works with design documentation, construction codes, standards, and technical specifications. - Daily monitoring of work volumes and quality, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions. - Organizing and supervising construction technology for linear structures and site facilities, including pipelines. - Supervising welding works, ensuring compliance with welding procedures, certified equipment, and materials. - Participation in installation and commissioning of rotating mechanical equipment, including: o Rotary kiln / calcination furnace o Pumps, fans, compressors o Hydraulic and compressor systems - Implementing all aspects of mechanical equipment and pipeline commissioning, including personnel and contractor briefings. - Monitoring static and dynamic tests of equipment and pipelines according to commissioning plans and standards. - Coordination with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
