• Leading the IIF team to support efforts to create and strengthen the IIF culture in the company • Interface with the Project Management team – AILT/OEILT meetings • Conducting IIF program presentations/trainings/meetings • Implementation of various ideas and initiatives under the IIF program to enhance the impact of the program among the company’s employees
