July 2023 - current ✓ Preparing, coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects ✓ Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Perform overall quality control of the installation of piping, piping supports, welding activities, erection and flange management. ✓ Providing engineering support during pipe installation works of all construction and controling groups the necessary documentation (drawings, specifications, standards, technical data and certificates) and materials for the layout of the required volume according to the project. ✓ Providing the Piping and Layout arrangements, 3D Model information of Design Premises comprehensive of all necessary data, and general and specific design guidelines. ✓ Preparing and Issuing RLMU - redline mark up on design drawings to display field changes with own stamp and distribute for further action to get approval from the сlient and author's supervision to record them on the as-built drawings. ✓ Analyzing the technical documents such as specifications, calculation notes, drawings, etc ✓ Estimates quantities or validates estimations done by another specialist of the team. ✓ Making sure all produced documents like design reports, technical specifications, drawings, etc are under his responsibility. ✓ Interact daily with the clients to determine their needs and requirements. ✓ Assign responsibilities & duties and mentor the project team. ✓ Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project participants and offer assistance and technical support. ✓ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate actions. ✓ Ensuring the accomplishment of assigned goals and the fulfillment of the quality requirements of the project and contractual obligations. ✓ Seeks solutions to bring out overall savings to the project

Processing and fulfillment of punch items from TCO as part of SK HIT Team, elimination of shortcomings and comments from TCO after construction and installation works (piping, mechanical, steel erection); Processing and fulfilment of punch items from TCO as part of Commissioning Support Group (CSG) in partnership with NOVUS Bolashak; flange management with QC “SK” and QC “Halliburton” teams, torqueing of flange connections, break-out/dismantling of valves, sending them for calibration/repair and installation back as per TCO procedures, Person In Charge for Permit-To-Work Manage the site in collaboration with the responsible site masters; Determine the need for work resources for the performance and timing of work, the need for basic materials, machines and mechanisms; Assign workers to perform work on particular site, arrange them in coordination with the site masters; Distribute the production tasks to the site masters by volume, coordinate and control their activities on the site, take measures to ensure that work performed in accordance with schedules; Provide technical documentation for the work; Carry out the receipt of technical documentation for ongoing work; Carry out quality control of work and technical documentation (drawings, PPR, technical maps, journals, estimates, orders), norms and standards; Constantly participate in the process of performing specific tasks, carry out visual, documentary quality checks of the materials, parts and structures used for their compliance with the requirements of project documentation; Require subordinate masters of the site to carry out the work entrusted to them in full accordance with the working drawings and estimates, building codes and rules, the project of work and the approved plan, the timely execution of executive documentation; Ensure that work is completed on time when interacting with site masters assigned to sites; Carry out general supervision of the rational and safe use of construction equipment and other mechanisms, as well as vehicles; Participation in the delivery of completed facilities in terms of quantitative and qualitative indicators in cooperation with the site masters responsible for each site; Performance of additional tasks assigned by department manager; HSE responsibilities. Ensure piping engineering discipline support; Investigate piping engineering issues; Issue high quality, cost effective design compliant with company and international standards and report in timely manner; provide preliminary cost estimation for proposed designs.

Specification and audit of the sites, materials and equipment; Provide maintaining of records on availability of equipment, components and their flow, inventory taking of the equipment and wellheads, X-tree and downhole equipment spare parts; Equipment inspection, testing and preventive maintenance plans; Supervise acceptance testing of purchased machinery; Standard documentation associated with equipment maintenance, material requirements for O&M, analysis of equipment operating efficiency; Work plans on construction of new drilling and workover wells; Provision and management of the equipment and components support for Wells Operations in accordance with the approved activities schedule; Monitor the equipment components storage conditions, their adequate preservation and ensure their safety; Monitor the compliance with equipment and components stock level; Development of proposal related to equipment upgrading, facilities overhauling, arrangements for replacement of inefficient equipment, reduction of equipment repair and maintenance costs; Concurrence with design agencies of the equipment specifications; Ensure compliance of assigned mechanical engineering work with the terms of the specifications, codes and standards, control technical compliance of purchased plant, machinery and associated materials; Technical evaluation of bids for equipment; Ensure management of the equipment and components acceptance and storage according to their quantity, quality and under contractual terms; Procurement requisitions in SAP for equipment and materials; Provide the availability of the appropriate documents to assist a claim to vendors due to their failure to comply with contractual obligations; Contracts with vendors, concur the terms and conditions and delivery dates.

Checked the quality of instrumentation and electrical equipment installation and prepared documentation for commissioning: check-lists, as-built and acts of acceptance. I learned program “SETROOT” to get the wiring diagram for electrical cables and cabinets. Within 9 months we finished the installation of electrical and instrumentation part of boiler house at KPC for KPO in 2003. In 2004 we installed instrumentation piping @ Unit 3. I participated in the revision of all instrumentation equipment of U3 trains.

Prepared and checked as-built drawings following site-visit inspections for U3 upgrade works, where was installed new Train 4. The same for interconnecting pipelines between Karachaganak main units. Also took part in technical documentation preparation for installation of Potable Water Tower for Aksai town under KPO Social Project.
