• Preparing of accompany forms for customs inspections • Checking customs clearance activities of Noel (broker company) • Providing Noel declarants by necessary technical specifications as local customs requirement (contacts with vendors & client (KPO bv) • Goods tracking reports updating • Preparing the shipping invoices for goods in English and Russian • Translating of technical documentation for customs clearance

• Preparing acts of site work completion for Customer and Local authorities in English and Russian with using drawings and technical specification • Maintaining and updating electronic register for inspections procedures on daily basis • Issuing reports for outstanding jobs upon QC Engineer’s and inspector’s request. Registering personnel details on new arrivals. • Checking and approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
