In charge of front office operations at night time (belldesk, telephone operator and transportation staff) • Preparing all support reports prior night audit process • Handling individual and group check-ins • Monitoring the line staff in delivering high standards to the guests through emotional engagement • Solving any challenges and complaints from the guests during night operation period • Involved in hiring and selecting process of the line staff and conducted appropriate training

Duties: -check-in check-out procedures -answering phone calls -receiving visitors, visitors registration’s -provision of storage, issue and receiving keys of rooms -acceptance of orders and monitoring their execution-receiving phone calls, faxes, mails

-Greets customers and takes food order; provides information about menus; looks for opportunity to "up-sell" products. -Operates cash register and receives payment from customer in cash or credit card, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required, and follows all HMS Host customer service and cash handling policies and procedures -Cleans and stocks work area and customer area -Assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions and operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart -Assists with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed -Receives inventory, moves and lifts food and beverage products and supplies; maintain a solid knowledge of product and services available in unit -Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products -Cleans and sanitizes work station and equipment

• Receive the housekeeping schedule, for daily work assignment, and clean assigned units. • Complete unit cleaning by 3:30PM and notify a manager or inspector if assistance is needed to meet the deadline. • Clean, disinfect, restock, and tidy the kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms, in the units, by performing the following tasks and using the checklist: • Strip dirty towels and linens, sorting out any stained or ripped pieces. • Make beds and replenish towels, linens and amenities. • Wipe, scour and sanitize counters, sinks and toilets. • Load and unload the dishwasher. • Vacuum and/or spot clean stains, hair or lint on furniture. • Ensure furniture, decorations and window treatments are free of dust and grime and in the proper placement. • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors. • Collect, empty and transport trash, compost and recycling. • Utilize the correct cleaning agent for each cleaning task. • Leave the completed housekeeping checklist on the counter in the finished unit and return after inspection to perform any necessary redo's.
